Hope Springs Eternal is my place to shop. I always find lots of things that I can use. Merchandise is of good quality, namebrand clothes, sale on something every week. My favorite place to shop.

Love the store, but very disappointed in staff and prices. I’ve been there twice and the old lady who probably was a former drill sergeant does not run it like a thrift store. People like her should be in the back doing bookkeeping and not in the front for customer service. The prices are too high for the free items they get. Not a thrift store. Disappointed.

They have a lot of over priced items...I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Employees seemed frantic and not helpful. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely love this place! Best thrift store on Long Island. Amazing clothes, books, INCREDIBLE furniture, and all so much cheaper and fair than anywhere else. Owners are the best too and so sweet. Half my house’s furniture is from here at this point!! And a good chunk of my closet and bookshelf too! Books are a dollar and clothes are no more than 5-10 usually. Best place to be !!
