The racism I see today at this location with a customer and a female manager was disgusting today. I was at this store at 11:15 am and some customer (white) came in with his want to be entitlement privilege & call this Spanish manager the N word under his breathe then called his a racist word said to the spanish & when the manager asked what he said he repeated and the other manager (white woman) didn’t do or say anything & what makes its worse when a black man tried to defend him outside the store the white manager wanted to call the cops on the black man, but all he was doing was defending the manager who he said those racist slurs, but not the white customer who’s was starting the issues !! The black man is a good man a veteran we all know in the neighborhood but she was quick to defend the white man over the black man! Which baffled me !! The woman managers that was defending the racist is racist herself, cause she will follow a minority before her own skin color, so I’m not surprised she didn’t have the other managers back!! She needs to be retrained or fired because obviously she forgot her work ethics!!

Not the best looking Family Dollar and not in the best area but I will say almost everyone who works there is great. I forget their names but the girl in the Morning and the girl in the evening also the young gentleman are so polite and nice. I can’t say enough good things about them. They all deserve a raise. This is great customer service.

Any chain merchant that doesn't have a public restroom is a one star, especially when it's due to the fact that it's "very dangerous". This means you knowingly expose your employees to hazardous conditions. Make it make it sense.

I had one bad experience and thought it was just that… one bad experience that happened at the end of the day when both me and the manager were probably tired overworked and in bad spirits. Today is a new day and it happened again. They continue to leave the wrong prices on the shelf, old sales signs on the shelf, the prices that are A LOT more then the price they are ringing you up for at the register, good ol inflation but you can’t leave old prices on the shelf like that, it’s lazy and it’s called false advertising, you should be honoring those prices until you fix the issue. I really think until they receive the proper signage they should have printouts all around the store that say “due to inflation a lot of items went up in price, signs on the shelf might not reflect the current price of the product, sorry for in the inconvenience”… obviously wording can be better but I’m not Shakespeare… but you get my point. I have an extremely tight budget for me and my family and I suspectmany who shop here do too, there needs to be more compassion, most people are freaking out over a couple bucks bc it’s literally all they have :).

The most disorganized store things In clearance n when u go to register they say that’s not clearance meanwhile more then 10 pieces of the same item in the clearance section. The store worker “sheyenne “ the name she gave me was rude and said I don’t know what to tell u it’s regular price rude n loud. Def not good customer service or training in customer service. SHE NEEDS TO BE TRAINED. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN THEY NEED LOTS OF 101 customer service training. I don’t recommend this location go else where.

I was in the store this afternoon , as I was walking in I heard a employee having a conversation ,(and she was loud ) because you heard it across the store about her boyfriend, she proceeds to say I told him N - -g- a, which is ok if you want to degrade yourself .
But than I went up to the counter to get rung up , and she was texting , she continued for about 5 minutes , now I am in retail 45 years , I have no issue with people texting but put it down when necessary.
Also you can just say I’m sorry it was an emergency and I would have said no problem, but no! Not even a hello , I wondered if I had my veteran hat on would she have done the same , and I think she would have , if it wasn’t for the young kids on line , I would have criticized her , but I did not want to start a scene , and was patient no thank you or anything , and I left .
I have never had this issue in your store in all the years I have shopped there , but rest assured I will contact your company , I don’t want to see her get in trouble but she needs to be trained properly
