Excellent pharmacists that are always willing to help. While all of the staff throughout the store are always helpful, I want to give Luann a ten star rating. This girl is always courteous, kind and caring. She greets everyone with a smile and is willing to go the extra mile to be sure you have a wonderful experience with this store. No matter what area of the store she is working in, she puts 100% + into her work. Thank you Luann and CVS for your services.

The CVS app is down more than it's up. Can never log in. The CVS pharmacy staff for the most are great, corporate needs to stop cutting staff. They can't possibly keep doing what they do effectively and courtesyly. Shame on corporate....

Unhelpful, unprofessional, often times rude! These are the words I would use to describe the people working at this CVS Pharmacy. And tonight I can add the word incompetent. They misplaced my wife's prescription and we ended up waiting almost 2 hours to try and resolve it. My family chose this pharmacy because it is conveniently located. But we will be looking for another pharmacy.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My step son has a fever and they won’t transfer his prescription over to this location when all other locations are closed. What’s the point of 24 hours if they can’t issue the medication. Rep hung up on me when I questioned it. Rude!

This is the worst pharmacy. The entire pharmacy department needs to be retrained on customer service. They are unprofessional and rude. The drive through is constantly backed up. I was told by someone younger than my own daughters that I shouldn’t of beeped after the gentleman behind me was beeping. I was on line for over 30 minutes. I was also told the drive through is a convenience not a necessity. I have never been treated like trash like this drive through window gang treated me. No manager on duty until 6 at night. You wait on the phone for 40 plus minutes than get a nasty person or disrespectful person. No problem I will take my $100,000.00 worth of prescriptions elsewhere. What a shameful group.

There are some mixed reviews on this CVS location, but I'd like to share a very positive experience. I can understand how some folks could have been inconvenienced when the pharmacy folks are understaffed. Kudos to Scott Z. and his considerate, respectable handling of my issue this morning.I called the pharmacy and spoke to India(spelling?) yesterday to confirm when I could pick up my script. India advised that I call in the morning. I called and although I was on hold for a long time, Scott picked up the call and was courteous.I requested if I could get the script within the hour since I had meetings for work in the morning. He said he was the only one there and would do his best to get me out once I walked in.When I walked in, he was the only there although a few other pharmacists were just walking in. He already had my script filled and I spent less than 3 minutes in the store.If he had just treated me like any other customer that had to wait while he was literally the only there, I would have probably been ok with it. But he cared enough to prioritize filling the script and really helped me out.Being the only one there and taking calls and honoring his commitment to do what he said on the phone is impressive. For this time and in my situation, I'm happy to post this 5 star review. Thanks again Scott Z.!!

This store is horrible! I’ve called, been put on hold over 16 minutes, hung up and called again, only to be placed on hold again, hung up after 11 minutes that time! Called again, got put on hold again, for 9 minutes! All I’m trying to do is to have two prescriptions cancelled. I’m literally wasting my night trying to speak to a human. The worst customer service rep is the one who doesn’t answer the phone! I am so done wow this poor Customer service!

Went there tonight to pick up my prescription medication and the pharmacist Joe was so rude. As I was talking to him he kept cutting me off as I was speaking and it seemed he was trying to rush me out of their. I felt like an inconvenience to him. And then a few minutes later I saw him yell at a woman through the drive through window and slam the door window on her face. Please work on your customer service skills. Will not be returning to this CVS. VERY rude.
