I recently joined DHP and I have to say I’m really impressive with the experience so far. Family friendly place with very knowledgeable coaches who CARE!!! They really take the time to ensure you're doing the movements correctly and most importantly, safely. I’m grateful to be a part of it!!!???

Amazing gym! The Coaches are all great! They meet you at your level and help you grow and expand to the goals that you want to expand to.More importantly it’s an amazing community! There are always events happening to further expand the connections between everyone there! I have met some amazing people and made some great friends. I’m so glad to be a part of this beautiful community

CrossFit DHP has been exactly what I've been looking for in a CrossFit box. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that they genuinely care about their athletes. Workouts always include stretching/mobility, (which is so important!), and the WODs are challenging but doable. As for the community, it's welcoming and fun to be around. I couldn't be happier here!

Coaches are professional, nurturing, and don’t judge but help you improve slowly. Members are like a family and they don’t gatekeep but rather give you a chance to become a part of the family, improve yourself, mentally and physically. This place is more home than home! I encourage you to stop by
