The professionalism, the cleanliness, and the sweet, kind and courteous Kriss and Charlotte to chit chat with makes going to Couture Nails a relaxing experience that I look forward to every two weeks. I have been going to Couture Nail Salon for about 10 years now and I can honestly say that this is the BEST nail salon I have ever gone to. My only regret is that I did not find Kris sooner. The salon is always immaculate and Kris always pays close attention to every little detail! She is a perfectionist, to say the least! She is creative and extremely artistic and talented. She will always do her very best to accommodate her clients, as she is well aware that life can get in the way of appointments sometimes. That being said...she also has a very busy salon to run. My nails have never been healthier....and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. Kris is professional and courteous and makes every appointment lively with conversation. She makes an effort to get to know you and make you feel like family. My experience at Couture Nail Salon has always been incredible. Kris never ceases to amaze! I would highly recommend the services provided at this salon. Kris is truly one of a kind!Services: Nail art

Kris is VERY rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with her and she decided to take it upon herself to rush my nails/blame me for the way they looked. I had usually had good experiences with her (I have been going to her for 2+ years) however she decided to give me an attitude when I had asked if she could fix something on my nails that I did not like. I was very polite this entire time and STILL tipped her even with the poor service I received because we all have bad days. However a couple weeks after she had then canceled my appointment (that I had been scheduled in for 2 month prior) due to personal reasons and did not want to reschedule. A few days after this she canceled ANOTHER one of my standing appointments and the reason was “this spot is reserved for another client.” Not only is she being unprofessional but EXTREMELY childish. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different salon.Services: Nail art

Kris does an unbelievable job on nails This is the best salon on Long Island and I have been to many She makes you feel so welcome and you are never rushed as is the case in many salons the salon is so clean and is decorated so pretty I wasn’t able to get back to coming here until very recently but am so thrilled that I Am now back to coming there You won’t find a better nail salon anywhere

Love this place! The only place on LI that does rhinestones RIGHT. The nail tech is really cool to talk to and very considerate of her customers. Overall great experience.

I called in to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and sharp with me. I simply mentioned that I had been calling since 10 (their opening hours) and her attitude became very cross and disrespectful after that. She was very noticeably not interested in my service as she dismissed the date that I asked to schedule (due to them not having the availability to do the nail I suggested) and didn’t even bother to recommend another date that they had available. If she had recommended other nail types that were available on the day that I suggested, that would have been some effort shown and I might have changed my nail type if the suggestions were good and kindly done. This nail salon has lost my service forever. Expert nail salon plus disrespect equals no quality as far as I’m concerned. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I took my time looking for a new nail tech/salon, and could not be happier that I found Kris/Couture Nail Studio. She is amazingly talented, plus she really knows what she’s doing. My first time there I felt right at home like I had been seeing her for years. Love my nails and get compliments everywhere I go. Two weeks doesn’t come fast enough bc I can’t wait to go back

I have been coming to see Charlotte at Couture for well over a year now. I always leave absolutely loving my toes and nails. Beautiful work, fun conversations, clean environment. It’s such a joy every two weeks.
