Coastal MD is the best. I've been investing in my health and wellness with Coastal for about a year now, and it is one of the best investments I have ever made. The team is exceptional. The leadership team - which sets the tone for everything - is extraordinary, Specifically, I have benefitted from IV therapy, trigger point injections, Botox treatments, and the skin care line which is the best skin care I have used. Coastal MD has become an integral pat of my self-care, health, and wellness. I am very grateful for them!

Stay young and healthy FOREVER! The office is like a spa when you come in. You are greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. Then, as if it wasn't already amazing, you meet the PA's like Meg and Angela who really care and take the time to understand your problems and issues. They are very thorough and persistent in taking care of you. If you are fortunate to have a medical massage, you are treated by real professionals like Haylen and Lauren. Wellness on a whole new level!

I cannot say enough kind words about this place. I have been using Aimee’s aesthetic services for years. She is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions, comments, or concerns. I have never been disappointed in a service provided by Aimee. I have also seen both Justin and Nicole for trigger point injections for my back which I had surgery on almost 2 years ago. TPI paired with massage has helped tremendously with any residual pain! I highly recommend this establishment.

The Coastal MD experience has been nothing short of amazing, I came in a hot mess from severe back issues. The staff at Coastal was amazing, taking great consideration of how much pain I was in, making sure I was comfortable and well informed every step of the way. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received after having an adverse reaction to a procedure preformed in the Bohemia location. Aimee was very responsive before my appointment but has been difficult to reach after I had an adverse reaction. It took numerous messages before I received a response. This customer service is completely unacceptable especially when there's an allergic reaction involved. Something to keep in mind before you book an appointment here!

Excellent service at coastal md. I was having knee pain and went in for trigger point injections. They explained everything that was happening and I received an awesome medical message after the injections. I would highly recommend coastal md.

I noticed tremendous improvement in my performance after only a few visits at Coastal MD. I go regularly for trigger point therapy and medical massage; when I leave I feel band new. I have had six visits so far and I am looking forward to continue making progress with the professionals here. I have been to many medical offices for similar treatment, but none of them compare to the professionalism here at Coastal MD. The staff does an excellent job at explaining the methods used and shows me a before and after image through the use of ultrasound. Thank you for getting me back on track as a bodybuilder!

Not going to lie, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole holistic medicine field, but I’d tried everything to relieve the pain in my back and was at my wits end. The staff were so kind and informative, and held my hand through the whole trigger point and medical massage experiences. It felt more like I was at a friend’s house than a doctor’s office, and my back is feeling the best it has in years! Cant wait to return regularly!

Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been in multiple car accidents and have several herniated discs in my back. Between the medical massage and trigger point injections I get weekly, I am able to get back to my daily routine pain free. Justin is a really knowledgeable and caring medical professional.
