Stopped here out of convenience to have a key made. Went back three times because they could not get it right. Finally the "Manager" says he will give me a refund. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience. I'll stick to the real hardware store, Home Depot.

They had almost everything I needed. Whenever they didn't have they called another Ace hardware close by that had it and I picked them up over there.. problem solved..

I asked for help, nobody helped me. Told me what aisle to look in but offered no other advice which I really needed. The item I purchased was very overpriced compared to Amazon but I needed it asap for my elderly parents. I could have used some comparison advise amongst the very small selection that they had but though I asked again, got no helpful hardware people offering to come by the aisle. Disappointed.

Just reminds me of your local hardware store from years back, Great customer service and they have a lot of items in their store. Everyone's really polite and knowledgeable.
