Probably the worst 711 on the Island. They refuse to follow listed deals they have like 2 for $3 on ALL pastries and when you ask all you will ever get is "no, nuh uh Incorrect" with 0 elaboration when questioned on why. Also just generally dirty and has the absolute worst selection as far as any 711 I've been to goes.

RIDICULOUS!!! ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS 2 OF THE CAME HARD ROCK BURNED (SEE PICS) I TOLD THE GUY CHINESE GUY,. HE SAID IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO SMH,. Not a good customer service ughhhhhhh,. And owner Pls to not reply with THE WEBSITE THAT THEY CHARGED YOU MONEY, AND CAN'T JOIN THEM,.. OWNER DOT NOT SEND ME THIS WEBSITE THAT DOESN'T WORK AND CUSTUMERS HAVE TO PAY MONEY,. YOU CAN SENT YOUR NUMBER OR STORE NUMBER IF U REALLY WANT TO HELP,.. I CAN CALL 711 CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don't visit this 7-11 often, however I was very impressed with the delicious, fresh coffee ☕ & fresh pastries.

This is the last time I am going to the 7-Eleven. I liked going there for the convenience and have no issues with the staff. I don't feel safe going here because I was relentlessly harassed for money by people standing outside there. These same people were harassing other customers as well. I wanted to report this to the police but it happens so often I don't feel like it's worth reporting. I will not be returning to this 7-Eleven because I don't feel safe going there anymore.

No hazelnut coffee, no Carmel international delight, but it was available for purchase!No stevia packets,yet 3 different types of regular suger were out.Last, whoever rang me up barely spoke. He grunted something in reply when I said "have a good night"!.I worked for another 7-11 5 years ago and that type of stocking, prebreakdown of coffee flavors on a SATURDAY afternoon. And of course the cashier's demenor. Which was totally the opposite of the cs model I am aware 7-11 strives to provide.

New to the area and I needed to buy cat food during the holiday in the middle of the night and I was 59 cents short and the guy behind the counter was completely awesome and didn't even flinch most other places would have made a big deal about it I actually had the change in my car and I went and got it and gave it to him but he didn't even want it that's a rarity if you ask me very personable I would definitely go there again and recommend also the cat food was priced about the same as it would be in the regular grocery store five stars all the way so glad this is near my new home. When people are like that it just makes life that much more enjoyable and really left an impression on me I'm definitely impressed. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name if I get it I'll update this review very nice experience definitely put a smile on my face and his. ?????
