This is a horrible pharmacy, I recently HAD to switch to this location due to no transportation and it only being 2 minutes from my house walking, however anytime I send my husband to pick up my meds or my son's meds, the cashier always gives him a hard time..yesterday I sent him to pick up meds and she told him I was already in there to get them and I haven't been in there in almost 2 weeks, so who exactly are they giving my information to?? She even thought she knew my bday by heart , which was wrong!!

When I first moved here a year and a half ago, I used Moriah Pharmacy. I wasn't real satisfied so I transferred to UVM outpatient mail order pharmacy. They were top notch, always on time, refilled my scripts for me and never lost anything in the mail. I had a few new scripts that I decided to use Moriah for and try again. It seemed to be going well but I believe they recently hired someone new? My last three refills were incorrect or I was given incorrect info about them. Gave me a lotion inside of ointment saying I never had a script for ointment (when in fact I did and NEVER had one for lotion). Told I had no refills when I actually had 9 refills. You get the point but I can't be having issues with every refill so I transferred all my scripts to UVM. All the staff at Moriah is very kind and friendly, the store is nice, organized, etc. I just can't be running back and forth for a screw up every refill. I wish the new pharm tech success and hope it works out. This review is only based on my last three + refills.

Very incompetent. My partner had a script sent from the Plattsburgh emergency room they refused to fill it and told him it was no good because it was faxed. They are totally useless at that pharmacy. Had it sent to Walmart and got his meds with no problem at all.

Absolutely adore Moriah Pharmacy! Multiple times, they've gone above and beyond and transferred scripts. We're so grateful. They also special order anything for you. Kim the pharmacist is a fantastic communicator, and never loses her cool. Support local businesses, they're 110% better service!

I went inside to help for instructions on how to get to i87 and stood in line. All the clients seemed satisfied and the clerk knew her stuff. The crew was very kind and helpful. they printed out a map free of charge and made sure I knew where to go. God bless you!

They are always very friendly and try to answer your questions and concerns to the best of there knowledge. The only problem is on some medicine u have to pick up the day u start and it causes issues if no car causing u to have to start at not your normal time...

I suspect I'm not exactly the only customer who goes to this pharmacy for no other reason than to avoid the extra driving to get to its nearest competitors. Several of the employees project a very emotionally stunted, junior high school vibe - an utter dearth of basic civility (promptly acknowledging customers, saying hello, etc.), avoiding eye contact, lots of snickering, inside jokes and exchanging of glances. Newsflash: customers just want to pick up their meds without your little head games, as opposed to wanting to know whether or not they're cool enough to sit at your lunch table. These people have a lot of latent growing up to do, though that ship appears to have sailed.

Worst pharmacy ever, would not give my client her medication when her insurance approved it and told them to give her the medication. They are very judgmental and do not know how to do their job!! She also had 16 pills left to pick up and they wouldn't give her them saying that they only owed her 6 tablets, even though the bottle THEY gave her said "16 pills left to this prescription" which was hand written by their pharmacist . She will never go back there and I certainly won't ever go there either!

Its just a small pharmacy with a few gift items. Not a big store full things that happens to have a pharmacy, like most places are now days. Just vo in to pick up meds and get out quickly.

I have to go there cause they deliver but they make me feel terrible and afraid to even ask for my scripts.They are very mean most of them especially esther.They act like you must be a drug addict if you try to get a script there.Should have better people skills!
