Shop when able as I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Employees are friendly and nice, help when they can or if they can. Then when you apply for an account because we have a room we need to get done for one of our kids, and I'm on a fixed income so an account would be a HUGE help on getting the room done. I wait almost 2 months patiently calling every week or few days more then a week just to check on the status of it and get told either the lady isn't in or she has severe family issues and is at appts. I understand and continue to wait and call every so often. Well yesterday 4/6/24 I call and the lady is there, awesome can find out if I was approved.. well long story short I found out I will never get approved for an account here because of my last name, and I'm on disability.. also found out my sister's account history basically she was late on her payments(she did pay her account up and no longer has one as told to me by her) and because my fiance is engaged to me, she was told to not even bother applying as the lady will not approve her. So yea shop locally try and help support local businesses because they will be nice to your face, then judge you based on who you are or your family is and hold it against you. We are no longer going to support bryants.. I wonder how they treat retired customers that have a fixed income and no job, I wonder what they say about all there customers that fault on payments every now and then. On another note to the lady with the family issues, I'm sorry for what you are dealing with I couldn't imagine.. but keep it professional at work and do better towards your customers...

Been using these guys for years, great customer service and there pricing is very competitive!!Free delivery as well. Don't even bother going to Home Depot, these guys will save you time and $$.

For the most part everyone is friendly but the elderly lady there,she has a very very nasty attitude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her to even ring you out at the register,I actually had somewhere around $450.00 in tools waiting to pay for them and her attitude was so terrible I just laud everything down and walked out,drove all the way to etown a d got the exact some things,more you ask?? Yes but I didn't receive a negative attitude from anyone there and that alone was worth the drive out of my way,in my opinion they should fire the old battle are and apologize for her actions to all their customers 9n social media but thats just me,Bryant'sumber has definitely lost my buisness for good and you guys have her to thank for that,and I've also let all the companies I know how much experience was every time I went there and that is that,
