This is the second time I got pizza here and the pizza crust was so nasty my dog wouldn’t eat it !! I may try it one more time because they say the 3rd time is better!! There was hardly no cheese or sauce on it too !

Just stopped in on my way home at 635 and there is a sign on the door saying on break till 717. I understand you're entitled to a half hour break but a half hour break wouldn't have started till 647 if it ended at 717. Also grow up if you're the only one there to run the place be an adult and work thru break ive done it tons of times.

Apparently fastrac locks there doors and goes to lunch break at 7:30 and shuts there pumps off I have never heard of a gas station doing this

I'm not rating a store when you DON'T have workers that want to work!! One person to close up and what about the ifs??? What if she gets robbed? taken in the back room?? Beat up?? Raped?? Does anyone think of these things before they could happen?? How can you run a business like this? How can you state Fast track better then speedway, red apple, mirabito, busybee, ezo,etc,etc,etc, One cashier waiting on customers-answering phones,making pizza for the store and take out orders-dealing with gas pumps plus doing ALL the cleaning-up-counting money-shutting off pumps-cleaning food counter--etc-etc-etc!!! Get the big bosses to work/cover employees when called in -or better yet--CLOSE THE DOORS UNTIL YOU CAN RUN A BUSINESS RIGHT!! I am NOT the only customer to complain-but I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER TO EXPRESS MYSELF AND COMPLAIN IF ANYONE IS LISTENING-OR GIVES A DAMN!! store at 17 canel street port crane ny-exit 3 off I-88 (607)648-8663 thank you

Kudos to the employee this afternoon who was doing the work of two people. Manning the phones, register and making pizzas by himself, still did a great job. MAYBE MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE TWO EMPLOYEES SCHEDULED!!

We found everything we needed, BUT, being visitors in New York, it's a bit shocking that you have to pay for a bag to put your items in. The bigger shock was that there's a bottle deposit on plastic. 2 for $3 Cokes....+ bottle deposit you learn of at the register. Maybe it's just me from Tennessee, and that's not how we do things, so it seems weird. 4 stars because the store was very clean, employees were very friendly, and they had the sparkling water we enjoy.

There is reasonable and then there is ridiculous... On the way home from my busy day, I stopped for some smokes and politely explained that I lost my ID and was awaiting a replacement but has my state issued medical marijuana ID and I'm 49.... and "company policy" would not allow the sale. No offense to the two apologetic clerks but Fastrac you are ridiculous and "my policy" is to never ever spend a cent of my money in any of your stores...

This place is awful! They shut off the app that takes the $5.99 pizza orders so they don’t have to honor the price. Then they say it’s either broken or they don’t know how to turn it on. What a bait and switch. This place is a joke.
