I came in hoping that I could use some old drapes to upholster two armchairs, which I know is a tall order. Franchesca gladly obliged, I was able to sift through their giant sample wall to find a piping fabric I loved, and they re-stuffed the cushions and pillows that were a bit deflated from years of use. Six weeks later I am so happy with how they turned out. Their work was so well done and detailed in the pattern matching around seams, I really couldn't be more impressed and will definitely be taking other projects that come up to them in the future!

I have had three item re upholstered at West Chester Upholstery, a love seat and two chairs. Melody at the front desk is very helpful picking out fabric. Every time I go to pick up my finished chair, I do not recognize it as it is so beautiful. I highly recommend this upholster.

Expensive and poor customer service. They marked up the fabric that I could have gotten on amazon by 50%, wanted to charge an extra 2% for credit card purchases on top of NY 7.95%, (offered a “discount†if I paid cash which just meant not paying the tax), and wanted to charge $560 in labor charges for recovering 5 outdoor cushions. Don't waste your time.

I have been with Westchester Upholstery for many years. . . I am not a decorator but they have always steered me in the right direction. When I make a mistake, they quickly and very nicely recommend changes and are very helpful. The turn around time on projects is amazing. They work hard and I count on their expertise and hope they continue to be there for many years to come.

Franchesca & Julio have many projects for me. All very high end projects for high end clients. They took extra care to line everything up and returned every phone call and message. I give them the highest recommendation on price and value combined. I have never had a client unsatisfied with the pieces they recovered. 5 couches, 3 chairs, headboard various pillows. All were covered with difficult Pierre Frey, Donghia fabrics and the job was amazing.
