Very happy with Village Appliances; we got our washer/dryer from them and a new dishwasher, we worked with Jimmy and I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. When I called to discuss wall ovens and told him of the problems we were having he suggested I call Wolf directly and they agreed to cover the parts for the repair we needed. I would not have known to do that without Jimmy's advice, and I was impressed he gave me this info even though it meant we didn't buy a new oven! I will certainly be back for future appliance needs. Thanks!

Jimmy Rosales helped us select a Miele dishwasher, arranged for installation and helped us secure a five-year warranty. He was delightful to work with. Couldn’t have had a better sales experience at such a such a a high-end appliance retailer. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience with Village Appliances in Port Chester, NY. Upon recommendation from our kitchen designer Lance at Leicht Westchester during our kitchen renovation, we spoke with Jimmy at Village Appliances. Jimmy's extensive knowledge about appliances made us feel confident in our choices, and we ended up purchasing a 36-inch Wolf cooktop, exhaust fan, Miele double ovens, Asko dishwasher, and OXO refrigerator—all of which have performed exceptionally well. The staff at Village Appliances were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process. They kept us informed about delivery timelines and worked with us to coordinate deliveries with our cabinet schedule. Overall, our experience with Village Appliances was outstanding, and I will definitely be a repeat customer for any future appliance needs. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable sales people and overall great experience but felt that installation fees were super high. We paid $550 to install washer, dryer both with pedestals and a dishwasher.

I had a fridge freezer die when away for a week … after dealing with the nastiness on Monday May 15th (with an impending trip out of the country in the 18th), they sorted me a replacement AND fitted me into their delivery schedule (today, May 17th). Great service in-store (thank you Erik).
The delivery/installation team today were superb - 25 minutes from arriving to hauling to old junk out and leaving me with a new shiny thing, that’s humming along nicely.
1st time customer, but it won’t be the last time I spend time and money here - simply awesome service.

Jimmy Rosales and his team at Village couldn't have been better. Our dryer died and Jimmy gave us several options that would fit our small space. The machine was delivered in just a few days and was perfectly installed by his great staff of installers. They were careful of our surroundings when removing and replacing our old unit and we are 100% satisfied.

Great service from start to finish. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable of appliance delivery, installation, timelines, etc. He helped spot issues in our original order and adjusted on the fly. Day of, the installers and delivery came on time and we're extremely efficient. Happy to do business with them again.

Working with Jimmy Rosales at Village Appliances was one of the best experiences during our time consuming and stressful journey of home renovation. He is patient, knowledgeable and eager to help. Navigating through supply chain issues during thick of Covid, as well as kitchen design requiring a hood insert change at the last minute by the cabinet manufacturer, Jimmy was extremely helpful, and looking out for our (his customer's) interest. Highly recommend Village Appliances and Jimmy in particular!

We started working with Erik in January 2021 when we first put in our order for four appliances. Little did we know what an adventure it would be buying appliances during a pandemic! He remained our steadfast advocate until our long-awaited dishwasher was installed two days before Thanksgiving!Erik was informative and so helpful in demonstrating the features of each of the appliances, including how an induction range/oven functioned. He worked with us to ensure that we had each appliance at the right time during our kitchen renovation.Over the next several months, Erik also made sure to keep us apprised of availability delays and provided in-depth information about alternatives when our originally selected dishwasher turned out to not be available for the foreseeable future.John, another member of the Village Appliances team, was wonderful to work with and coordinated a potential repair and then replacement of a malfunctioning microwave.The entire team made us so happy we went with a family-owned, local area store for our appliance needs!
