Absolutely wonderful customer service from Tripodi’s Appliance in Port Chester. Mark and Lou answered all of my questions,(and I had a lot!), to help me find the perfect replacement dryer. The icing on the cake was the next day delivery! In addition, their delivery men were professional and courteous making this purchase seamless. Thank you Tripodis!

My family has been going to Tripodi's for years and, once again, they were excellent in their recommendations and support. I had very specific questions regarding a new AC unit and Lou was very thorough and clear about the pros and cons of different units. Only small thing is none is available at the moment (still a bit ahead of season, but tell Mother Nature that!) Highly recommend a visit if you are in the Westchester/Fairfield area and need a new appliance!

Customer Service should be better. We used them to outfit homes and apartments with stoves/refrigerators and dishwashers. I walked into the store with a question and the two gentlemen did not look up once, never offered to help me. Business was taken elsewhere on an ongoing basis.

This glowing review is way overdue! We have been coming to Tripodi's for over 15 years for every appliance need we have for our 2-family rental/live in home. They're super down to earth, never oversell and know their products. A couple of summers ago, our tenant's fridge died. Tripodi's brought a replacement that afternoon and helped us get it into the space. This time, they happened to have both appliances on hand - not usually the case but we don't mind waiting a day or 2 - so it was even more convenient than usual. #ShopLocal

Horrible place - it really deserves less than a star. I needed to purchase all new kitchen appliances and no one seemed to care. Don't waste your time. Go to Appliance Sales in Somers. James there was awesome and very helpful. He even talked me out of the more expensive units because he knew my budget was tight.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. They will help you find what's right for you and not try to up-sell. Their stock rivals the major appliance chains with a great website. Plenty of entry, mid and professional grade units from all the main brands. They've been around for decades for a reason. It's a solid family-owned business that cares about its customers.

Service was great! Delivery guys were even better and I LOVE my new stove!!! I was excited to find that prices were completely comparable between a box store and a smaller, family business which has been in my community for as long as I can remember!

I've had to replace a refrigerator and two air conditioners in the past two years. They are honest and the prices are right. I don't want to shop around to all the bigger stores and get the run around. All the appliances were delivered and installed in a timely manner by efficient and pleasant people. There aren't many stores like Tripodi's around anymore. I highly recommend them to you. Support local businesses!
