absolutely disgusting as a person of color i think it is disgusting how hr and the managers at this establishment let that white boy go around saying disgusting things my daughter was with me i was shopping with my daughter when all i hear is an employee a WHITE employee start saying racial slurs truly made me uncomfortable he looked at me and walked straight past me and kept saying it he was pushing a red cart like doing an order or something he had glasses i didn’t get a name but im disgusted and will be letting everyone know what kind of people get hired at the port chester target shameful place seriously.

I never had a problem with this store. Actually, on the contrary. Many helpful employees and also pretty cheerful and nice. It's nice to see people seemingly enjoying their jobs. Easy returns without any hassle.

I like this place, the proximity is close to home and the shopping complex is really nice and convenient. My only issue is that unlike the mount Vernon target, this lacks inventory. I don’t understand why when you drive further from new Rochelle, Yonkers, mount Vernon and the bronx inventory diminishes? We need to do better in these areas and just because the population is smaller doesn’t mean nobody shops there. So please Target help PortcHester with variety and stock. This place is promising but will fail just like other stores around it unless intervention is done soon. Thank you for reading.

Nice store overall, and the Starbucks inside did an amazing job on my latte. I’m visiting the area and stopped in for a few essentials, but I ended up leaving the store feeling uncomfortable and annoyed.
Many items were locked up, which felt unusual and inconvenient. While walking around and checking the store map on my phone, I noticed a man who seemed to be watching me and looking into my cart as I moved through the aisles. I couldn’t tell if he was security or another shopper, but the situation felt unsettling.
At checkout, the cashier seemed unsure of what she was doing, which added to my frustration as I was already eager to leave. The store is clean and well-stocked, but the overall experience could have been much better.

I don’t even know where to start. Why is toothpaste under lock and key when sex toys are grab and go? It’s very poorly stocked (I saw milk the other day 5 days expired) and the employees except for Lisa are generally inept. I’ve done two order ahead orders and the first one took as much time as it would have taken me to grab a basket, shop, then pay for the items (was incomplete too) and the second time they just gave me the wrong thing altogether

Horrible customer service!!!!they are RUDE and also accused me of switching my headphones l was trying to return which made absolutely no sense.l had the box it came in and also the receipt, the lady also wanted a whole explanation as to why l didn’t want them. l have a right to exchange or get my money back l shouldn’t have to explain why l don’t want something l PAID for!!!! Then one of the supervisor / manager lm not sure who she was named christina was telling me to calm down talking about the serial numbers don’t match how are you mad at me because i’m upset that i’m getting accused of swapping an item l paid for. Making me feel like a criminal are you nuts. l have never been treated like this before so l just took my item back and got it returned at the throggs neck target location , where the workers actually know how to treat their customers. Port chester location needs to do better and learn how to interact with their customers.

While I understand having baby formula locked and secured it cannot take forever to actually have someone show up to unlock the door so that I’m able to get the baby formula I need. It’s kindergarten level management to have someone near the baby section; not having someone anywhere near the baby section is moronic.

When it first opened this target used to be great it’s horrible. As a collector of diecast cars the toy department became subpar. Whoever is in charge of the toy department stop slacking with the stock I’m sick and tired of not seeing hot wheels premium and autoworld diecast understocked get it together!

One of the worst targets I’ve been in despite being brand new. $6 items are locked up behind glass like they’re ready for a robbery. Fitting room closes hours before the store does with no alternative option to try things on. Very unhelpful staff.

This Target is one of my favorite locations. On a recent visit I was impressed by the employees work ethics which makes a big difference. They were incredibly helpful and made my experience so much better. Attitudes reflects leadership.

Target is AWESOME!! I recently checked out target to see what the hype is all about. I was lost at first but a kind worker named Frankie was able to assist me and help me out with all my needs and honestly made this experience amazing. There’s a large variety of stuff at target and even a starbucks inside which was delicious. 10/10 experience, I’m definitely coming back, Thank you Frankie!!
