I enjoyed shopping at Staples in Portchester. The store is neat, clean, well organized and stocked with lots of good things. My only disappointment was customer service was sort of non-existent.

Order my hp ink on line and got a text within 30 minutes letting me know it was ready for pick up. It could not have been easier or faster!

Yesterday I came in to order copies of paper crowns for an elementary school project. Andy was patient and showed me how to download/email the template to Staples. I just picked them up and they look amazing! Definitely easier than buying the card stock myself and cheaper than using my printer ink at home! Thank you, Andy, I will definitely think of Staples the next time I have a school project - and I truly appreciate your awesome customer service!

I went to Staples to get a bunch of vacation pictures printed out. I had no idea how I was going to get them from my phone to Staple's email to print. Shaheem saved the day; he went above and beyond instructing me to use an app that allowed me to organize up to 6 pictures per sheet printed onto high gloss paper. The guy should get Employee of the Year and a raise! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and even saved me money. I would highly recommend this Staples and working with Shaheem.

Another fine experience at my local Staples! Checkout clerk found my fax print cartridges in 20 seconds and while I waited, found a great price on a box of 24 Green Mountain Keurig pods. Was in and out in a few minutes and am glad to have a Staples nearby.

I’ve been to the Staples printing department a couple of times and I would love to give a special shout out to Jasline & Bri.They are so patient and kind and I cannot thank them enough. I come in sometimes very last minute and they’re so quick to attend to not only me but other customers around and it’s nice to know that Staples hires good associates that want to work and actually help people. I’ve been to other Staples locations and their customer service isn’t what it is compared to the Port Chester store.I will definitely be coming back and recommending to a few colleagues with some projects !

EMPLOYEES WHO DON’T APPRECIATE TIMEI went to this staples to get my photos laminated and the guy there supposedly didn’t know how to do it and he said he would call the girl that knows how to do it. She took her sweet time and didn’t come for about 15 minutes and when she came she had a nasty attitude. She couldn’t even talk to me personally she told the other guy to tell me I had to wait a while to get my pictures ready. She also messed up my pictures, they ended up coming out with bubbles and she said it was because of the material and no it was not because of that, they came out like that because she didn’t even wanna do it so she didn’t take her time to do it right. Worst staples experience….

Employees who do not appreciate time.I went to Staples to get the service of laminating one page. I spent 12 minutes listening to employees: “I am busy”(was talking), I will call someone(no one was called), another walked away in silence, and my favorite one:For the question of the colleague, “Are you busy right now?” He looked at us, said “kinda,” and walked away, promising to come back.This is a story of spending 12 minutes waiting for 3min service and watching employees around who are “kinda busy”.I walked away without getting fast service. Time is everything.

Went to make a copy girl behind the counter wasn't helpful at all n the manage was not help at all n rude when I told him about the girl not helping. Rude n helful at all.

Amazing staff!!!!! I can’t believe express how great full I am. I had last minute orders for a big event and the two young lady’s at the printing station did everything possible to make it happen thank you again !!!

Unfortunately have to wander the store for hours to find someone to help, and still no one available even with very few to no customers. Frustrating.
