I absolutely LOVE shopping at this SW store because the staff is stellar! The store carries good quality paint, supplies, and materials, and has excellent hours, but the most remarkable asset is the staff! I have had many problems painting my old plaster walls in an apt with very poor lighting. Choosing a paint color and actually expecting the outcome to be simple and satisfying has proven to be disappointing several times, but each member of the staff has been there to assist me along this long path, with knowledgeable insight, helpful advise, and a sincere willingness to help me get it right. They have gone above and beyond every time I have come into the store! I have been treated with kindness and professionalism even when I have had to return several times to tweak colors in order to accommodate my unusual circumstances. They have never let me down! Rarely do you find an entire staff that gives the impression they truly care about your satisfaction, but this place is an exception. Thank you to the manager, Nick, Matt, and everyone else who helped me and made sure everything was A-OK!

Terrible service. I understand they are only doing pick-up but I was outside and wanted to see a color swatch to buy some paint and the person said they couldn’t bring me a color swatch outside the door.

Staff is all factory trained, and they can get answers for things they don't know from company experts -- a big difference from Benjamin Moore outlets (and the big box stores).

Knowledgeable staff and a great selection that beats the big box stores. If you need paint and paint supplies - especially if you're a professional - then I shouldn't have to tell you that SW is the place to go.

Good place but sometimes there's only one person attending, so 5 mins in the store can turn into 15 mins.

The employees here are great, but the store is never open. I've tried to buy paint three or four times now during regular business hours, only to find the front door locked. What gives?

It's funny, because everyone who works here is lovely! But they can't ever help me, because, as far as I can tell, this store is open maybe once a year. In the six times I've gone, spread over multiple months, hours, and days, the doors have been open twice despite all lights being on and it being normal business hours during which the store has posted open hours. Is this a nightclub? Does it actually operate on Greenwich Mean Time? Unclear! But I am officially giving up attempting to buy paint from here. Good luck, all of you!
