This group falls into the category of vet that is constantly seeking to maximize their revenue. I had to leave after they made it harder for me to send a prescription to Costco and required a twice yearly blood test ($125/ test) for urine leakage medicine. No other vet I’ve had had that rule. I’ve lived across the country and seen at least 5 vets.

Dr. Gina and her whole staff do an amazing job. They really care about their patients and make medicine pickups really easy. Always follow up after sick visits to see how my furry kids are doing. Really the cream of the crop when it comes to veterinarians in the area.

Unfortunately Dr. Levy's practice was just bought by Dr. Gina of the Regent Animal Clinic in Portchester. He is a great vet and we will miss him. The new owner decided that Chewy, the largest, best animal product company out there, does a bad job so they decided to "streamline" the situation for prescriptions. We are now required to get a physical prescription and mail it to Chewy. It takes 2 weeks to process it that way. I called to express my dissatisfaction with this change (for obvious reasons) and her answer was if I don't like it I can leave. What a terrible attitude. The office on Regent Street is also terrible. There is no parking lot and it is a horrendous setup. FOLLOW UP: Since publishing this review the doctor "fired" us for doing so calling me a "keyboard warrior" in the "medical history" notes. They also sent us the doctor's records with notes in the "medical history" full of lies about me yelling at them to potentially scare away other vets from taking care of my beautiful dogs. Shame on them!

Dr. Antiaris is the best! Between her clinic and 2 emergency vets, she was the only one to correctly diagnose and treat my dog, Maci. She takes time to get to know her patients, and she personally checked in every day for a week, emailing me on how Maci was doing. We have other dogs, and cats too, and they’re all treated with love and care by Dr. Antiaris and her staff. Just today, she rushed to get the needed antibiotics and other meds for me to pick up (on short notice) before they closed on Saturday. I can’t thank Dr. Antiaris enough for all she’s done for my fur babies.

Extremely unhappy with their practice. The staff is rude and incompetent. My dog had a severe UTI, detected by his dermatologist that THEY recommended due to blood work they had to perform for his skin infection. When we asked for a culture to be done, they told us to get it done by the dermatologist. Why would a doctor of skin be the one to make the calls on a UTI? Once I had the dermatologist call them they finally agreed to give the culture but then wouldn't prescribe him antibiotics until the dermatologist told them which ones to prescribe. Again the dermatologist had to explain to them that this is not her feild of expertise. After waiting an additional two weeks and my dog urinating blood, they prescribed antibiotics and said they wanted to see him once he was done. I called THREE TIMES to try and schedule an appointment. This was the last straw and we are now choosing a different vet. The only reason why we stayed was because we loved Dr. Gardner. Buy once he retired, the place has fallen apart. Please don't take this review lightly. I know we all love our fur babies and this isn't the only incident that has happened here. It's just the one that finally pushed me to go else where.

Dr. Gina is the only vet that I know of that will respond to emails in the late evening when they are closed.

This Dr. Gina is BAD NEWS, and the staff is the worst, rude, pompous little girls whom are a direct reflection of Dr. Gina's lack of care and lack of respect for pet owners. I brought my little puppy to N. Regent Animal Clinic whereby this 'Clinic' over vaccinated her and kept pushing for more and more vaccinations. My little dog is a house pet and only goes out for a walk on a leash 2x's per day. We live in the city so we walk on sidewalks during these walks. Dr. Gina disregarded my puppy's prior puppy vaccinations and she insisted on redoing all of the vaccinations, in spite of the fact that my puppy was thriving and very healthy. I finally left this awful Vet place and began a new Vet relationship with Dr. Levy of the Port Chester Animal Hospital whom I really liked and he thought as I did about over vaccination and which vaccinations were necessary and those unnecessary. Dr. Levy was aging and he sold his practice to Dr. Gina's North Regent Animal Clinic of Port Chester. Dr. Gina's staff would not give Dr. Levy my phone messages to call me back because they recognized my telephone # and knew that I had left the N Regent Animal Hospital a few years prior, requesting my dogs records. I think that North Regent Animal Clinic IS THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD BRING YOUR DOG TO. Dr. Gina is nothing but a money hungry, unethical vet.

Dr. Gina and Dr. Reddy are incredible veterinarians. Not only are they knowledgeable in their field they are also two of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever come across. They treat your animal as if it was their own. Never recommending unneccasy tests or medications as some other unscrupulous corporate owned Vet cneters (like VCA.) We have since moved away from Port Chester but drive a 1/2 hr, past probably 20 Vet offices to get our dog cared for by N. Regent Animal Clinic. I think we would still go there if we lived an hour away. That is how much trust and faith we have in them. If you are looking for a small business that prioritizes care above all then this is the place for you.

We have always had spectacular experiences with all docs at this practice. We have been going there for five years and Dr Antiaris and Dr Reddy are amazing. They always take as much time as needed talking to us and making sure our dog is comfortable. He actually likes going to the vet!

My family has been using NRAC for about 25 years. I remember tagging along with my dad to take my childhood dogs to their vet visits with Dr. Gardner. He was always very kind and gentle. Now that I’m an adult, I also bring my dogs to NRAC. We used to see Dr. Gardner until he retired, and now we see Dr. Antiaris and Dr. Reddy. They’re both lovely. My dogs don’t mind going to the vet because they know they’ll be treated so nicely by the staff there. The techs are all very professional as well.

It is a very good place, both times I have gone, they have treated me very well and the advantage is that you can come in with the pet and see what they do to it. That is very important to me, which is why I recommend it.
