Metro by T-Mobile offers very good and excellent customer service with helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Employees show a great attitude and are very kind. The service is great for payments, upgrades, and transferring information to a new phone. Wait time is not too long. Customers report having no real issues and would recommend it, stating they will always come back.
