My transmission needed repair.Walter at MBE took the time to explain the specific issue and why a past repair had failed.(Not by him, or MBE) I even agreed to, while the pan was off, change another part.The repair was made and it works.In stop and go traffic the car performs better than ever and when I press the accelerator at highway speeds, I smile.Service: Transmission

I just had my 1991 500sl repaired and serviced at MBE. Walter, the owner is a high skilled and knowledgeable technician and engineer with years of experience. While there didn’t seem to be any restrictions on the cars he works on he does have a deep affinity with everything Mercedes. He was able to identify and resolve the problems I was having with my roof and windows, that other shops couldn’t fix. Walter diagnosed the problem relatively quickly and made the necessary repairs and adjustments.The cost of the repair was reasonable, particularly when considering the difficulties in sourcing spare parts for my old classic.I cannot recommend MBE highly enough and want to thank Walter for the great service and attention to detail which is allowing me to enjoy my now working convertible.

Had trouble with a check engine light on my Mercedes-Benz. Walter was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Pricier than other shops in town but good quality work! Walter breaks everything down for you and let's you know the price up front before doing any work.

I have been going to Walter for a few years now with multiple cars. He is an amazing mechanic. He is honest and very fast. On many occasions I’ve gotten my car back within hours of dropping it off. He’s also helped me get my car running over the phone after breaking down on the side of the road. Prices are extremely fair for the area and compared to having to go to a dealer. I’ve had Walter do jobs for a fraction of what the dealer wants and in half the time. Every time I’m there I see nothing but very happy clients (all familiar faces) and all types of cars. From high end exotics to normal everyday cars. I’ve never met a more humble and reliable mechanic. With Walter you can be sure your car is in good hands and gets fixed right the first time.

Lucky for me I live close by. It's getting close to twenty years this has been where my car is serviced and no regrets. The MBE reflects years of prior experience at Mercedes Benz, I see pricey cars being serviced there frequently. I'm glad I haven't had to rely on dealer servicing; I expect I'd have had to spend more for their revolving crew do the job.

Horrible service, he didnt do everything that was needed and also made a huge hole in my bumper and hid the car blocks away when i went to pick it up so after the damage was noticed he tired to deny the whole thing. I wouldnt wish this mechanic on my worst enemy!

I got some exhaust work done here a year or two ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price, especially considering how prices in this area are typically ridiculous. Seems like an honest place and the owner was courteous and professional. I usually work on my own car and I'm very particular with it, but this is a place I trust enough that I would go to again without hesitation if necessary.
