We were invited for a Xmas party...my husband had no clothes for it as we live 40 miles away...we popped in and I dressed him from head to toes ( 5 pieces ) for only 70 dollars...thank you so much...!!!

Went quietly into the store looking for a visor clip to hold sunglasses, but no luck. So I found a screwdriver and a 3 pc. 50 lb. picture hanger, all for less than $5. Waited in line, paid and left the store, only to have a man run after me saying something about an alarm. He took my purchase and then demanded that I go through back through their security. I said I didn't steal anything, and asked for my purchase, which they refused to give back. After much back and forth, I asked that they call the police to resolve the situation, which they did. Sadly, the police came and took the situation as the manager called the police on me the criminal, where as I had asked them to call so that I could get my purchase back. The police took my info and said they would have to include it in their police report. Unfair to me! The policeman said that there may have been something wrong with Jembro's security machine and there was no fault on my part so I could continue on my way. I received no apology after being detained for a half hour from the manager or the security employee. I can't recommend this store with its unreasonable management and staff. The manager could have easily sized up the situation, realized a mistake had been made, and rather than escalating it to a police call, let it go. I hope in the future, Port Chester Police realize who is wasting their time. I decided to return my purchase, and will never shop there again.

Awful store and customer service. They do not accept returns because the owner said his store is not Cotsco. Poor selection of merchandise and expensive, bad quality!
