The tires on my BMW were worn out and needed replacement. Heard great things about the Hank Mays Goodyear store in Port Chester so decided to stop in and meet the crew and talk tires. I found there a knowledgeable, professional team who are now my go to for automotive maintenance. Previously I was only going to the dealer, but don’t know why I’d go anywhere else now but to our friends in Port Chester. Mike is the best, and super knowledgeable. The prices were almost too good to believe. I left with 4 new Michelins and a perfect alignment. Thank you Mike and Hank Mays of Port Chester. Will be back soon for brakes and rotors.

Mike and the crew did an impeccable job of aligning and installing 4 new Michelins on my Tacoma. The steering feels absolutely neutral and I can't detect any vibration due to wheel imbalance. It's clear that they care about, and take pride in their work.

Great experience. They quoted me a price for the repairs I was looking to have performed, followed up over the phone when they saw other issues, gave me time to think about the additional costs associated, didn't pressure or upsell me. It was a great customer experience. I will go back.
