“I entered the store on Friday May 17, 2024 looking for a shaker door that the website said was in stock. There was a total of 3 in stock as per the website. I checked in the aisles and on top for the sku number but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Brendon (or Brandon.. I forget) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I showed him what I was looking for and he scanned it. He had located the door in another aisle all the way on top. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and he even shut down the aisle to grab me the last door they had. Thanks to this kind young man who went above and beyond to make sure I received the door.

“Very happy with Village Appliances; we got our washer/dryer from them and a new dishwasher, we worked with Jimmy and I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. When I called to discuss wall ovens and told him of the problems we were having he suggested I call Wolf directly and they agreed to cover the parts for the repair we needed. I would not have known to do that without Jimmy's advice, and I was impressed he gave me this info even though it meant we didn't buy a new oven! I will certainly be back for future appliance needs.
