This is one of the worst products I have ever received. I purchased a collar for my dog and it has now broke off him numerous times. I have had dogs and these collars, from other companies, for almost 30 years. I decided to try Max 200 for an expensive prong collar, but do NOT be fooled, this collar is defective and nobody within their “customer service” is willing to help. Every person in the company is rude, nasty, and not willing to do a single thing for our expensive and highly defective collar. Stay far away from this business, there are plenty of collars out there. Max 200 is a poorly ran business with cheap products.

I didn't receive poles with the double bar jump. I checked the website, thinking maybe it didn't come with bars, but clearly they are supposed to because there's a selection of bar length (I wanted 4') and color (I don't remember what I chose, but I'd bet blue). I emailed TWICE (2 different addresses on their site) and didn't get a response either time.

Easy to find, not far from Thruway. I picked up an A-frame that I ordered. The staff were really nice and loaded the A-frame onto my trailer for me.

I purchased a tunnel and shortly after purchasing it had a LARGE tunnel wire came through the tunnel. I had it stored in our building and had used it *very*limitedly (maybe 5 times). I told Max200 about it. They asked for pictures which I sent immediately. And now they are completely non-responsive after another 5 of my follow-ups. Not even so much as a kiss my a**. I've been dealing with this since July. Stick a fork in me. Very very very disappointed. I have spent thousands with them and referred many many people to them. Very disappointed they couldn't even bother to follow up with me. Seriously bad customer service.
