The first order I placed was record in a timely manner and was complete. Then I ordered filters in April 2023 received a partial order in June of 2023 although I was charged the full amount. They said they would ship the remainder when they got them in. It’s now Dec 2023 and they refuse to answer my emails or phone calls. And they won’t give me my money back for the filters they never have sent. DO JOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Authorized my order, posted the $$ to my card, and then cancelled the order and never even let me know. Doesn't answer calls or emails. Not the Filter1 of old that's for sure.

Do not bother ordering from this company. They will NOT acknowledge your order. They will NOT answer emails. They will NOT answer their toll free number. That number rolls to a mailbox where you cannot leave a message because it is full. You can find reviews of people trying to get through to that number with the same result since well back into 2022. They will hit your credit card when you place an order. They are supposedly now owned by a hardware store called Ag Trac in Genoa, NY. You can call their store number but they are no help when asking questions about your filter1 order. They do not even deserve the 1 star.

If I could give Filter1.com from Genoa, NY -1 stars, I would. They take an entire month to ship an order. Covid is no longer an issue so that excuse does not cut it. They do not answer their phone or any emails. I had done business with this company for over 2 decades with great service and pricing.The company was recently sold and the new owner(s) are putting it in the toilet. On a popular motor oil forum, there are also numerous similar complaints. Beware.

I don't go through a lot of filters so I place an order about once every two years with Filter One. Tomorrow will be my sixth order with them and I have nothing to say but "Good" about this company. I have a fishing lodge in Alaska and I buy filter elements by the case for four or five different applications. I get the best price, good advice when I ask a question, fast service (even for across the country) and great shipping. One couldn't ask for more! Skip Fabry @ Log Cabin Resort & RV
