“It's an easy store to get around. Good selection of things you may need, but maybe not and not all grocery stores are the same. The shrimp is really good here and seafood options. Bargains or sale from time to time to sale off meats off faster just have to look.”
“The older lady (long white hair) in floral made the most beautiful arrangement for my niece’s graduation. It got lots of compliments and I’m sure a few people considered using wegmans for floral because of it.
But the customer service was deff lacking. No can I help you or would you like something put together? I had to search her out and ask and to be honest despite not doing anything else at that moment she acted like she was inconvenienced to be having to provide me with the service wegmans freely offers. Not sure what’s up with wegmans customer service standards. I’ve noticed the area wegmans have definitely been slacking. I no longer live in the area but look forward to my wegmans trips and I have to say I’m less and less impressed with the employees every time I return.
Side note; lady in cheese was an angel and so friendly. Sad to say it’s rare to see now.”
“Big M is a great old school supermarket. They do a fantastic service for a local rural grocery store. Also a great meat department. Super generous to all local Not for Profit Organizations and local customers. They also have gas,propane, kerosene, and diesel. The OWNERS are AWESOME PEOPLE. Thanks for being in Deruyter.”
“Reminiscent of the old corner stores of yesteryear. Complete with creaky wood floors and super friendly staff. They sell only organic produce and natural foods, including bulk grains, beans and spices. They have a decent array of craft beers too. What brought me there is their participation in the New York State Double Up Food Bucks initiative. This is a program where SNAP recipients receive a dollar for dollar credit for fresh produce purchases, up to $20 a day.”

“Ordinarily, I wouldn't think of eating at a place that looks like this from the outside, to be honest. But, I read a review on a FB food review page and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, this place NEVER disappoints. I've only had the fried wings and wedges. Good Lawd! It's good they don't deliver. When my 94-year old mother from the South is with me, she gulfs down their *flats.* I try to resist, but can't. Lol. And the staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. Try 'em. You'll see.”
“This gem was a breath of fresh air. Seeing local products in a store which gave such a family feel was great experience! We were looking for solar eclipse glasses and we found a bit more! They are the only place with real glasses left! We fell in love with this store and all its cool Retro candies and food! Thank you again guys and we'll see you soon!”
“Green Hills is just large enough to have all the basics and then some without having to walk a far distance.
Bakery is very good and so is deli...esp.with fish on Friday and prime rib on Saturday...have shopped there 40 years now...very good pizza btw”
“Finally had a chance to stop by this new little grocery store in Tully yesterday. Met the owner and was delighted to see that she has a great selection of specialty items and basic staples. It’s wonderful to be able to shop local again. Has some amazing fresh made bread on Wednesdays, sourced products throughout the store. Would be a great place to stop and make a picnic if you’re taking a drive.”
