Because of my circumstances I have very few items that need dry cleaning, but when I do need something dry cleaned, I look for good services, in both customer relations and product outcome. Recently I moved and the dry cleaner I had been using was no longer convenient for me. A friend in my complex recommended Touch of Class Cleaners and I couldn’t be happier. Not only does this cleaner have good customer service – I am always greeted warmly - but they also do a great job of cleaning and stand behind their product. I had to give back 2 sweaters to redo as the stains did not come out the first time. In fact, for one of those sweaters they redid it three times before I took back the item; they would not let me take the item unless I was happy with it. They also send out a lovely gift card after your first purchase that has several discounts on it. And best of all they use environmentally friendly products, hence I didn't get the headache I normally get after picking up products from the cleaners. I haven’t tried the tailor yet, but I do plan to.Update… I finally tried the tailor, Amato, and he was great. Very patient and very thorough. I highly recommend him.Another update… Max has retired! We will miss you dearly. Thankfully he has left us with a new owner and staff who are also just as nice. And Amato has been kept on as tailor.

I’m very happy to call touch of class cleaners my go to tailor and cleaners. I’ve brought a dress that’s older then me in for a repair and you would’ve never known it was torn, my fiancé gets all of his work clothes dry cleaned here and we’ve never had any issues.

The cleaners is OK .I regret giving the tailor more than one item to fix. Because the results are so bad I can’t wear them. Should have tested him out first. Never give someone new multiple items before you’re happy.Service: Alterations

Honestly I am disappointed because they are so close to home but I refuse to use them ever again. I have tried to be overly nice and outgoing each and every time I’ve gone in. This past time I saw if anyone would say anything or be nice, so I just observed. The owner or manager did not even acknowledge me being there. The other girl grabbed my tickets. Didn’t say hi, told me a total and didn’t even say thank you. Just handed me a receipt! Unacceptable. Do not bring them anything white. It is now cream colored and dingy. All in all I would not recommend them and regret giving them my business and my nice clothing.Service: Alterations

The owner Max went out of his way to be kind and professional. I cleaned an old suit jacket there it came out fresh and clean and looking good! Service like this is hard to find. I don’t usually write reviews, But in this case I felt like I should because I want to say thank you very much to them for doing a great job at a fair price.
