For those of you who are complaining about the fact you have to prepay for your fuel maybe you should pay attention to gas prices and gas thefts that go on. I don't know of any gas station that would freely open their pumps so a person can fill up without some form of deposit. People need to realize that these attendants don't know most of the people that are coming to fuel up and gas is not free so have some patience as they are only doing their jobs. Also if you want to complain about someone asking you for ID it's the company's choice how they want to validate the customer's age. If they require it to be scanned and you don't like it then buy your products somewhere else. Don't go giving these poor attendants the attitude because you decided to go driving without carrying your license, have a suspended/expired license, or don't have a license to begin with. Let's try some common sense people....

I am of age to buy cigarettes by far. The first time o went to buy there was a nice guy there who swiped his idea for me. The se one time I was told the system needs an ID they can swipe. I live out of the country and do not have an ID that is swipeable. ☹️??♀️

They wouldn't let me use their in-plain-sight bathroom after I'd tried to buy a snack, got told to buy more stuff, and reluctantly bought more stuff. (The clerk insisted there's a $5 minimum for credit but I didn't see a sign saying so--and at least as of awhile back credit card companies impose contract terms telling their vendor partners specifically not to do that.) Before you think maybe I was lookin' real shabby--I'm sure I looked exhausted, but I was coming from overseeing a six-figure transaction and was dressed accordingly.

Begin as a normal fill up experience, however, when i came out of the bathroom, I was verbally assaulted by the manager Donna for, as she put it, “Slamming the F’ing door.” By the look on her colleagues faces, it would seem that she has a habit of yelling at her customers. By the look of Donna, she has some things going on in her life that need straightening out and I wish her well with that.

Atrocious experience. Visited this Shell location yesterday 10/1 at 10AM looking to fill up and pay cash. Requested the attendant unlock the pump so I can fill up, he refused and requested a specific dollar amount that I would have to pre-pay. Completely ludicrous and unprofessional as this is not the way it is done at any other shell I have ever visited. (I know this as shell 93 is the only gas I put in the past two cars I have owned) The owner of this gas station should be ashamed, work to re-train their staff and also how to be more courteous.
