I have been using the Pomona branch of Chase Bank now for the past four years and couldn't be happier. There is almost never a line at the windows and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. When I walk into the bank, I am often pleasantly greeted by the employees who always make me feel welcomed. I had previously been using the Spring Valley branch, where the employees were generally pleasant, but there were nearly always long lines. At the Pomona branch, I am usually in and out within five minutes. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.

Romina is nothing shy of excellent. She has been so helpful over the past few years. Overall very happy with this branch.

By far the worst chase branch I have ever been too. If you need to speak to a representative they will make you wait even though they are not busy. I've left 3x in a matter of two week trying to change my account.

Went in to open up an account. I was not happy with the way the bank is laid out. Basically you walk strait down the middle of an open room, all the way to the back of the bank to see the tellers. The bank account reps have desks on either side of this main path. The desks are in cubicles and while in one of these cubicals, you are legit feet from people online. The cubicles have clear glass and its very easy for people on the line to hear your personal information let alone see the reps compute screen. I walked out and made my account online. Ive never felt so insecure in a bank before. I will choose td over chase any day, but I have to make a chase account for my amazon prime card.
