Food was delicious but the man on the counter was very rude ! We have dined in the inside restaurant before (great experience, no complaints), yesterday was our first time trying the outdoor food bar . We ordered chips and fish which were good, shrimp and chicken tacos okay , fried dumplings were the winners ! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the the horrible service experience with the man on the counter ! Never smiled , had an angry annoyed face like he didn't want to be there! Food runner was nice and kind .I would love to go back but not when that man is there !

Sharks may be misunderstood creatures, however many are endangered species. Just for those reasons alone, I would never go here due to the fact that you think killing them is ok! I would say fix your mistakes but I honestly believe that you don't care.

My wife and I discovered this place when we moved into Long Beach. We have been almost everywhere in the near vicinity and this has become one of our favorites. If you have ever been to old town Key West this really reminds me of that. What do we love? I can sit on a barstool with my feet in the water sipping on a fantastic rum drink. I can show up in a tank and flip-flops and fit right in. Nice beach area for the adults and kids. Want something more fancy? Buoy bar is right next-door. Food is casual beach bar fare but absolutely fantastic. I love music and they always have my favorites playing. Chesney, Marley, and Buffett! Even heard Gramps Morgan this past weekend. Any place that is consistent with the goods like that makes me a fan. If you are the owner and reading this, please, please, please, never change a thing.

Great family run restaurant and bar, food is tasty and the location can not be beat! Expect for it to be crowded and enjoy a sunset here for a wonderful day in PLO!

Do you know they take people out to kill endangered sharks? True. July 16, 2022. Killed a 400+ lb thresher shark. All 3 species of thresher are highly vulnerable and on the endangered list. One this size is exceptionally rare. Catch and release would have spared this life and allowed the species a chance to go on. Killing everything in the ocean is no way to sustain life, including ours that is so uniquely tied to the ocean. Beyond disgusted to see this.

We were not able to get into the Buoy Bar and were offered Scotty's instead. The menu is limited and not appealing, fried foods, assorted fish taco's, quesedillia's ( I have a personal distaste for both) salads, and chicken wings. We ordered chicken wings which were over cooked and tasteless. A lobster salad, was also tasteless. The clam strips ordered were low end frozen chunks of fried dough. If there were clams in there they were well disguised.

The guys at the fueling station were great. Boat wouldn’t start, battery died. I have three kids that wanted to fishing. They grabbed a portable jumping kit and got me up and running. Thank you guys. Always the best.
