These are the BEST!! All the mechanics are terrific, but especially Gerry. As a woman, I am extremely dependent on my car and the mechanics that help keep it running. Gerry's group of men are all terrific. Starting with Adrienne who is in charge of the towing and picking up the car. When I called yesterday around 3:00, I immediately called my regular mechanic, when I was directed to leave a voicemail. I then called the dealer, where I knew it would be very expensive, but I was desperate, standing outside a car that wouldn't start. At the dealer, I was also directed to a voicemail. They never called back. My mechanic called me back 3 hours later. Meanwhile, I called Gerry. He picked up the phone and asked how he could help. He made arrangements to tow my car to his garage. He called when it arrived and told me he would work on it today - Saturday! He called me at 12:00 to give me the news and to tell me he would try to get it back to me today, but he had to order a part. Please don't call during the day, so he could work on the car. He would call me when it was finished. He called at 3:15 to tell me it was done!! Come get it!. On the phone he went through the bill, item by item explaining every penny. I have never been so impressed. Everything was done and the car is now in my garage. I asked if I could tip the guys that worked on the car and they all told me - please write a review on Yelp. So that is what i just did. I hope I don't make them so successful they won't have time for me.

Fantastic service my first time going. They were recommended to me by a family member. Jerry is on top of everything. I asked them to install a trailer hitch and it turns out I ordered the wrong one. "No problem." He worked with me on finding the right model, and squeezed me in the day after I got it because he knew I had travel plans. Completely professional and good quality work.

I've been going to Farrows for nearly 3 years and continue to recommend them to anyone who needs car service. Today I showed up with low pressure in my tire and they quickly found the screw that created the leak, plugged and tested it, and checked the air in the other tires. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Jerry is always wonderful- so friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Juan did a great job finding and fixing the problem. These guys are the best!

These disgraceful people wouldn't give me change for THEIR vacuum unless I made purchase??!! Totally unacceptable. Who are these people? I grew up in this town and that mentality is not worthy of the Farrows name. Shame on them. This town has changed! (obviously not for the good)

These "new era" swines that have come into this town required me to make a purchase when I asked for quarters to use THEIR VACUUM! One of the maggots told me to get the F**K out of "his" store when I challenged them. Totaly unacceptable and a disgrace to the Farrow name that has been in Pleasantville for over a half a century! Stay away!

I've been a customer here the last few years. I've never had such strong feelings about a garage before - but Farrows is the real deal. They do fantastic work no matter how big or small the job is. They are easy to work with and I've never felt treated unfairly by any of the employees. If you're looking for a reliable shop, look no further!

These guys knocked it out of the park. They let me know exactly what I needed to pass inspection and gave me a detailed explanation of what they would be working on and what should be taken care of down the road. They even had time to help me fix an issue with my trunk not closing right! Super friendly, thorough, and honest. Highly recommend and will be coming back for future service.

I've been having my two cars serviced at Farrows for about six years and they've been consistently excellent. They're human and occasionally they've gotten something wrong. But the true test of a good business isn't just how well they do things, it's how well they handle things when things go wrong. And Farrows has always either gotten things right, or they've quickly and cheerfully made them right. Another kudos of Farrows is how often they've told me I DON'T need something done, because they're looking out for me as their long-term customer, not just out to make a quick buck. So....trustworthy. The only small downside to Farrows is that as a small garage -- which, really, is a plus -- there is often a wait and you need to book time a little in advance. But this is a small price to pay for quality, customized service. Talk to Jerry, he'll take great care of you.

I live out of state and was local for a funeral when my car started leaking radiator fluid. The last thing I needed was to be worrying about my car! Thankfully, I found Farrow's through some online research and am so appreciative that Jerry and his team got me back on the road as soon as possible. They went above and beyond to get the parts needed and cause as little inconvenience to me as possible. They were honest, fair and reliable and I really can't thank everyone at Farrow's enough. My car is running great now and was able to make the long drive home! Highly recommend!!!

I have been a Farrow's customer for years and have always been satisfied. I am an amature mechanic and engineer and so I am very fussy about my cars. Farrows has worked on all our family vehicles from aging Hondas to my Ford track car and even my Jaguar. My highest recommendation.
