I had a job interview here that I had to walk out of, the manager Jim was 10 minutes late to the interview and then had me sit in his office for 30 minutes while he was on the phone totally disregarding me. We spoke for maybe 2 minutes out of the 40 minutes I was in his office. I witnessed him getting frustrated at his employees for his own mistake, definitely not somewhere I would shop or work. Seemed like a very hostile environment compared to the other dealerships I've interviewed and shopped at personally.

A Horrible, Deceitful, Untrustworthy dealership! The only service that should have been performed was an oil and filter change and a New York State Inspection. The NY State inspection fee for a one-year old vehicle is $10. I don’t know what they charge for an oil change, but the recommended service had a price tag of $389.95. STAY AWAY!!

I spoke to my salesperson Jessica and she told me to drop off the car at 11am so they could fix the touch screen panel which was not working. The service department was not very friendly. I should be greeted with smiles and graciousness. That was not the case. I did not feel like a valued customer especially since my car is a few months old and should not be already having issues. After waiting 2.5 hours for the diagnostics to be done I was told they had to order a new part and that I would have to come back. Again I was treated like an inconvenience. Next time there is an issue with the car I am considering going to another VW dealer.

We purchased the ID.4 from across the country in Seattle to have at our condo in New York near our daughter's family. The process went very smoothly with no dealer markup at a time when markups have become normal. Brian Drexel was great.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Although, my sales experience with Andrew was fabulous , I was sold a lemon. The car has under a thousand miles and has a laundry list of issue including the safety features shutting down while driving in which they couldn’t figure out or fix. The woman at the service desk is extremely unhelpful and the communication is absolutely the worst I’ve experienced with a car dealership while trying to figure out what was wrong. I will be taking my vehicle to the other VW in the area as they seem much more competent.

Andrew is one of the most honest, lowest pressure salespeople I've ever worked with.
