Customer service that’s changing the industry! I had a small issue with a machine, called the store number, and the owner came to resolve my issue within 10 minutes. I’m highly impressed and it was a pleasure to get to meet Steve.

The recent change in ownership has shown greatly in how well the laundromat is run. It’s always very clean and all of their machines work really well. It makes for a pleasurable experience when it’s laundry day!

Tried doing laundry here, both of the coin machines do not work which is pretty inconvenient when doing laundry on a Sunday when banks are closed, so I left with dirty clothes. Then wanted to try wash n fold service. The hours for wash n fold on both the website (7am-5pm) and the door of the entrance (7am-2pm) are incorrect. I have made three different attempts to drop off clothes between these hours nobody was there. After multiple attempts of trying to give this place business, will not be trying again.

Best service for a self service laundry place ( they also do laundry by the lb)my dryer wasnt working, they immediately responded to my text and took care of the issue.I wish that parking would have been just as smooth. However, you can stop/park at the door for loading & unloading.(I brought one king comforter & sheets)its worth the trip!

Went in afternoon middle of week. Clean machines worked well. Laundry in good condition after wash and dry. Dispensing machine available for laundry products. Will return when the need arises again.
