The MAN who works there cut my dog on his toe and under neck area, my dog is usually wagging his tail when I pick him up from the groomer, instead he was quivering in fear and he seemed sore FOR DAYS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED FOR ANIMAL ABUSE. The woman at the front desk seemed nice, but the male who cuts his hair must have either verbally or physically abused my dog, there is no reason he should have been so scared and sore for days after his grooming!

I can’t believe it, but my dogs came back with cuts and bruises to his stomach and legs, I was crying! My dog seemed desperate to hurry me to the car and look TERRIFIED. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE PLEASE

They cut my dog in many places and left him traumatized, they even got water in his ears and left him afraid to leave his bed for days. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE, they could get abused!

I feel for the people who had a negative experience with this groomer but I've had only good experiences. This groomer has groomed both my little guys since opening, We had old sick yorkie and maltese and never had a problem. They took them without an appointment every time and took very good care of my babies, Rosa the assistant is very friendly and accommodating and Winston the groomer just does a good job.

I made an appointment for my cat to get groomed a week in advance. I got there at the time of my appointment and all the man was able to tell me was "no"because there was no one there to groom my cat. A total WASTE of time!!!

They have no set pricing , the groomer is very rude. They did not handle my dog with love and care at all ! I do not recommend this place at all !

Our dogs come out really clean with an expert cut. Generally we don't have to make a reservation and the staff is friendly. Very grateful for their essential role in managing our dog's grooming needs. Highly recommended.

They injured my Dog, and denied it, saying "it was there," which was ridiculous. My Dog had NO bruises before being dropped off. Now she has a huge bruise that appeared after someone shaved her incorrectly, they may have caught her skin in the tool, and it is a nasty, large bruise. My very active cavapoo, who loves to play fetch and run fast, will barely walk. I think at this point the ugly bruise hurts less, and her reticence and stillness is due to a psychological trauma. She feels scared and unsafe. I have NEVER seen my friendly sweet and active Dog in this shape. I would post a picture of the bruise but I do not see a place to do so. BOTTOM LINE: This place is NOT Safe for your Dog.

I hate to write a bad review. I myself am a health professional and know how damaging a negative comment can be, and that many are erroneous. But I must write this, in order to protect the community of dogs and owners This establishment"groomed" my 7 year old Cavapoo and took a chunk of fur and some skin while doing so. They called me back in to suggest that the injury had already been there! And, there were other nicks that did not draw blood or leave marks. I don't know what to complain about first--their carelessness and harmfulness or their dishonesty. DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE.
