Beautiful store. I was a customer of the former owners of KCWS. I won't buy at the new store because the prices are jacked up. Same wine, booze, etc -- between 10-15% higher than the liquor store in Thornwood in the shopping center. There are just so many better options in Pleasantville.

Weak selection of wines. Manager is a nice guy but he admits he doesn't know anything about wine. Nice looking store and well merchandised but I'd rather have some good values.

Stefano was personable and very knowledgeable. Had some great recommendations on bourbon and was eager to have me taste test to make sure I got what I was looking for. Great place, would recommend.

Super friendly staff, and very helpful over the phone. They have plenty of parking and are located in the center of Pleasantville. Definitely a spot to check out when in need of something special. I will gladly purchase from them again in the future.

Wine selection is good, if not a little expensive, staff very helpful. Reason for the one star is because of the lone staff member one evening who was not wearing their mask in the store ---- until a customer came in (me). That is not how this virus we are all trying to protect against works, I am afraid. I won't be returning.

This wine shop is a local gem. A beautiful store with a nice variety of wines and spirits. Probably what makes this store stand out is the amazing employees starting with Ariel and the rest of the team. Every time I have requested help they have guided me to some excellent wines, gins and whiskies. Ariel their wine buyer knows her stuff and has personally recommended some delicious unique wines. The selection is never dull as she regularly brings in new rotations to the store.

Wow! The new store is beautiful and the selection of wines vast. I asked for a few red wine suggestions and was pointed to a few Pinots and Cabs that we’re reasonably priced and wonderful, my whole family loved them. Going back for more. Randi was a great help and the perfect amount of attentive while letting me peruse. Definitely recommend! Great store great service and great selection.
