When it comes to quality of character, Tashina and Jordan are one of a kind, remarkable individuals. Not exactly insurance related, but I suppose if you’re looking for people who will have your back with kindness and empathy in any circumstance look no further. Suffering from morning sickness, I obliterated the tree outside their office and with no judgment they each made sure I was okay mentally/physically before continuing my walk to work. I simply have so much gratitude and love for them. Thank you.

Altho unable to beat current premium with another carrier(altho extremely close) the Agent still took the time to answer some general questions about the factors that go into a quote. Super helpful.

I thought this Agent was going to be a good fit at first glance but after a few months, I knew I made a HORRIBLE mistake. Without getting into all of the details, My advice would be NOT to deal with anyone in this office. They play games with the simplest of things, such as a phone call. "Oh Im sorry, they're on another line, they're away from their desk, they aren't in today, When they are, blah, blah, blah. Messages go unanswered for days and once, over 2 weeks. When you want a refund, excuse after excuse. And they lie regarding the price you actually paid so as to not give you a full refund. Case in point. I requested a renters policy refund and I was told when asked I only paid $125. when in fact I paid $169. Big difference. And this was given in piecemeal, not good. When you pay in full you want your refund IN FULL. Once I changed agents, it was smooth sailing. I received my FULL refund within days and other products, that I had purchased, were completely explained with the option to cancel if I wanted. So, If you like giving your money away and like games, go here. If not, stay FAR AWAY.

Being someone who is not great at understanding insurance policies I needed an Agent who is patient and knowledgeable and that is exactly what I received working with Garret!
