I'm new to Pleasantville and I'm happy I found Frank & Joe's! I love coming here for my lunch break Everyone is always nice and attentive. I've enjoyed everything I've gotten from here. This is my go-to spot when I want to order something for lunch, or even dinner on the way home sometimes, too!

Rude. After standing for over 5 minutes and being ignored gentleman with glasses behind counter snapped at me. Nope. Walked right out. WAY too many places with amazing food and service on Wheeler for this guy to act like a j**** Other employees seemed quite pleasant, but this one bad apple did it for me ?

I ordered on grubhub for the 1st time. The order was never delivered to the.l correct apartment and the guy had the nerve to say oh well when I called $40 for a wrap and a salad I never received. Do not give them your business they have zero customer service experience or hospitality experience. I am 19 years nyc hospitality experience and have never ever dealt w more disgusting people. Not to mention the order was 45 mins late. I’m so appalled at how I was treated.

I've ordered food from them several times and it's always good. I've done a grilled cheese a couple of times. This last time I did a make your own sandwich. The biggest sandwich I've ever had. They didn't skimp out on the cheeses. Normally as a vegetarian places barely put anything on my sandwich. This was not the case. We ordered food for the whole office and everyone loved what they got. Most had to take the second half home because it was so big.

I work in pleasantville and have been a consistent customer of frank and joes for the last ten months. Never once had a problem with any of the staff or their food. The food is great, however the owner has horrible character. He works the morning shift and i start work early at 7. I’ve consistently ordered the same order around 6:30 in hopes to have it ready to eat, as i commute from White Plains. For the first time he had underperformed and didn’t even make the order when i arrived this past monday. Being that i had been a loyal customer, i had returned at lunch asking for a discount since i wasn’t able to eat all morning as a result. The staff kindly obliged no issues. However, today i called back to complete the same order and he rudely attacked me, claiming i was asking for “handouts” and “gimmicks”. i got a $5 discount…. which to be honest, i would have taken anything. yet he had the audacity to berate me over it when it was his fault to begin with. Claiming i was punishing him when it should be a courtesy to right your wrong. His attitude is awful and i’ve seen him berate his own employees before too.

locally owned deli with great food and friendly service. They have prepared foods which are really good and great to pick up for dinner. Also they have the best chicken soup (noodles or rice)--really delicious homemade taste and not too salty!

Great sandwich and the tomato mozzarella is delicious too, and I don't even like cheese very much. I got a roast beef and turkey sandwich, the bread had a nice texture too.

Look at the food is good. The service is absolutely terrible though. For a while I was going there to get my lunch, because they do have really good food and good prices but the owner is just a really rude person and there’s better options literally across the street.

I'm actually from Brooklyn (so I like to think I know a thing or two about quality Italian delis). We happened to be in this area around lunch time, after consulting Yelp we stopped in for a couple of sandwiches. I was very happy with what we received (I would think you would too): efficient ordering process, quality sandwiches, and very reasonable prices. Happy to see delis like this are able to be found around the Westchester area. I would 100% stop in again if in the area.

Look, the food here is good, really. However the owner is really NOT friendly and the service, if you are getting it from Robert is the worse and not friendly. It’s a shame because the food is good, the workers are nice but like the reviews say Robert is a terrible miserable person. We were going to do a catering order with them this weekend but will be taking our business elsewhere after my last experience with robert picking up a sandwich. To sum up my experience, I ordered a sandwich in advance, came to pick it up with my son, a toddler, who I had to leave in the car outside of the store (because it’s a pandemic) and Robert made me wait 20 min to simply hand it to me, when it was ready on the counter. His workers attempted to help but he said “no I will handle this costumer when I’m ready”. Even after I told him i had my kid in the car he behaved this way. We’ll robert , handle this - your going to be losing my business and it looks like others are already leaving you. Go to Sundance deli across the street instead, good people, good service and good food as well
