Great shop for cigars but the only problem is you can’t smoke your cigars in back of the store. Only cigarettes smh. I’ve smoke cigars in there before all of sudden they change the rule

This store has everything I need for my bad habits. Hey even ordered me a product that they didn't keep in stock. Staff are very nice and helpful, there's even a nice cigar room with a good selection.

This place has tons of products, welcoming staff, and are very helpful as well.They even let us at north east ford, put up our display featuring our $2 inspection sticker coupons! Thank you!

Not a very friendly atmosphere. There are two different young girls with glasses, that always greet customers rudely or not even greet at all. Just a "what do you want." They regularly sit on their cell phones and act inconvenienced when customers walk in while they are on the phones.

If I could leave zero stars I would.I worked here for a few months in 2020 and it had to be the worst job and worst atmosphere I’ve ever worked in.The managers have no control over their employees nor do they handle who’s in charge of the PV store very well.The chain manager Joe is not only rude but does not handle emergency situations at the store well in any shape or form.There’s never enough people on hand during the busy times. Customers are forced to wait on lone for a half hour just to buy a pack of smokes because the managers won’t have two people on the registers. They even took out the second register.Truly Unorganized in every way. Hostile environment and horrible managerial skills.The only good thing I can say about the place is that Tiffany was an amazing person to work for and knows how to train people. She’s not given the credit she deserves

I've lived in pleasant valley for most of my life an Ashley is one of the best employees I've ever seen run this store. For the past 3 plus years this store has never ran so smooth and been so well stocked in the last 10 years I've been coming here
