Excellent pharmacy. I'm thrilled my doctor recommended them to me. The only other pharmacy in town is a large chain and a hot mess. Their selection is excellent and fairly priced. My prescriptions are always immediately filled. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. They are located in a shopping plaza with a supermarket next door as well as other good useful businesses. Lots of parking readily available. I would recommend this pharmacy without reservations.

This pharmacy is by far the best most customer focused pharmacy I've patronized. Dr. Sree has been and continues to be compassionate, kind and attentive to my needs and deserves the highest praise. Communication is 100% and they always communicate if there's a question or unable to fill a certain RX rather than the big chains that just forget that one.

Just got off the phone with Stephanie, very inaccurate information and then was put on hold to speak with the pharmacist and was told that he- or - she was in a meeting, then supposedly the supervisor got on the phone and I was told a total different story, and was told that she is leaving this job anyway, wow, wow, wow, , very nasty customer service and in accurate information, went from over 300 people on the waiting list to 150 in a matter of minutes, it’s not a joke to mislead the public bottom line ! If I was the owner and what you just told a customer, you would be leaving to look for a job a lot sooner !!! Believe me I have prescriptions to be picked up and be sure that that won’t happen , calling my doctors office and having them transferred to another pharmacy as well as any of my other family’s prescriptions, !!!!!!!!! I will be contacting the doh department in dutchess county to let them know what inconsistencies that you’re help is telling the public, this is not a game and if you’re staff doesn’t understand this then you should be held accountable as you are the owner and pharmacist bottom line ! How many more of the public are at risk because of this situation ? Maybe the doh can answer this ? I will never come back to this pharmacy again and will let you know that I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone or my insurance company and they will know as early as tomorrow morning!!! You should not play games with people that need their medication to survive, one day you might need them

Perfect Covid set up. I switched over from Stop and Shop and CVS because Neighborx made good their name by supporting the rebuilding fund for the Pleasant Valley Library. SO GLAD I DID!! They've been so helpful already and I love the option for delivery when we need it.

This pharmacy is nothing short of amazing. They actually answer the phone and have great in person customer service too! I’m happy to see some competition for those large corporate, overly automated chains that provide terrible customer service!

I want to go to a small pharmacy and not deal with large corporations. Unfortunately I picked up a script today and No-one was wearing a MASK during this critical time period. It’s Mandatory to Wear Masks in NYS and this is a Pharmacy. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this place.

The workers are great and very helpful they have have delivery service for free which is a plus when needed. The pharmacist she's awesome

Absolutely the best pharmacy ever. They even do free delivery!!! They have customers all over dutchess county so before you say they wouldn't deliver to you, call and ask. She is absolutely wonderful, compassionate, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and follows protocol. I've been a customer for years and I'll never go to another pharmacy.

WHY DOES 845-635-2222 call my cell phone and then my house phone at 1 am and then 5 am? I have never used this pharmacy!! please stop calling people and waking them up at 1am and 5 am and how did you get my cell phone number and my home phone number. Terrible thing to do to people. Regular scam callers don't even call at those hours, this is the second time 635-2222 called between 1 am and 5 am both phone numbers. PLEASE STOP THIS

Forget CVS. Neighbor pharmacy is the best. So knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are a fraction of CVS. Wonderful people
