Carol is a lovely and extraordinary person and quite evidently an amazing breeder. We haven't taken our puppy home yet - but I would buy ANY dog from her without hesitation.Passionate, brilliant, experienced, loving. What could be better ?

Our cavapoo Lulu is as sweet, intelligent, and feisty as they come—a spectacular pet. She’s 9 months old now and we could not be happier with our dog and with Carol and her breeding program. We made several visits and met the pregnant mother of our puppy (a sweet, lovely Cavalier) and Carol seriously vetted us as potential owners before we selected a puppy. Carol encouraged us to visit often before it was time to bring our puppy home. We greatly appreciated the care she took to make sure we and her puppy were a match. Serious, experienced breeder who takes great care with her dogs and her clients. Best experience! Could not recommend Mulberry Farm more highly.

Carol is the absolute best breeder of cockapoos and Cavapoos. I did my “due diligence” too, by reading dozens of wonderful online reviews on Instagram and google. I also know people who got their fabulously gorgeous and healthy dogs from Mulberry Farm Kennel. Many go back for seconds. There is a reason for that: she breeds great dogs and is well known for doing just that.

We just visited Mulberry Farms yesterday, and Carol is clearly very passionate about her business. There weren't any puppies available for us at the moment, since many people are in line for her dogs, but we understand why. She obviously loves her dogs, and without asking, showed us all the pups she currently has, all the moms & dads, and the rooms where the dogs live (in her house), plus the rooms where they are cared for, bathed, etc. She works with her family, they handle all the dogs with such love (the dogs give birth in her living room!), and they are incredibly knowledgable. They start training the pups for you, and give you so much instruction in person (which they even did for us even though we weren't picking up a dog on the visit). Another couple arrived while we were there to pick up their new pup, and Carol & her daughter sat down with them for a very lengthy time to talk about their new dog, the care, the progress they'd made with the dog so far, etc. We have visited some very scary breeders, but Mulberry Farms was on the opposite end of the spectrum. Carol gave us all the information we asked for, plus offered up more details about genetics. This is her passion, and it clearly shows when you visit her in person- the pups we handled were truly gorgeous and already well behaved due to her hard work!

I was an owner of 5 dogs and when the last died, I thought it best to give my heart a break, but then I saw a neighbor 's cavapoo and something changed. I started my research since I was not familiar with the breed & spent hours like everyone googling breeders and making phone calls. I only spoke with 2 others besides Carol. I called on a Sunday and she answered all my questions and spoke about both breeds. So a few weeks later she had a litter of Cockapoos and I fell instantly for one. He is 10 mos old now and he is happy, healthy and air us great to have Carol there still anytime you have a question.

We have been fortunate to have three cockapoos from Carol over the years, and they are the best dogs ever. Great personalities, healthy, smart, and tons of fun. No better breeder, no better dogs!

Today we got to take home our 9 week old Cavapoo. We developed a relationship with Carol over several months by phone and several visits to her happy farm.As a retired couple we wanted a dog to enjoy. Carol respected that and guided us to the puppy that was the best match. When we headed home Carol made sure we had all we needed and reassured us that we could call 24/7 regarding questions and concerns. We are in love already. Clearly we have a smart, lovable, gorgeous girl with a big personality. My husband is ready to get our second Carol pup. Hats off to you Carol!Thank you so very much!!Elaine and Buddy NYC

More than 18 years ago we welcomed Janie (lived to be 17 years and 4 months) one of Carol’s Cockapoo’s into our family and theee years later we went back for another one, Elvis (lived to be 15 1/2 years old).Carol is a caring and loving breeder who professionally manages a kennel. She is an amazing business woman. She has always been kind and wants to ensure a family is ready for a lifetime of caring for one of her dogs. We just spoke to her last weekend because we think we are now ready for a Cavapoo. She couldn’t have been more sympathetic about the recent loss of our dog and interested in our lives and family. We highly recommend Mulberry Farm!

A wonderful breeder who is so thoughtful with her pups! While my family ultimately went with a different breed for our first dog, I wanted to speak to the caliber of these pups and of the care that goes into rearing them. I know several families with mulberry kennel pups and they are healthy and so well-tempered! We hope to return for a cockapoo when the time is right.

I'm responding to Adam Mandel's post. Knowing Carol's business and being a client of Carol's, I can tell you that how you depicted Carol is not who she is.My 13 year old Schnoodle that I got from Carol at 8 weeks old, receives constant compliments from friends, neighbors, vets and professional dog trainers. I am considering getting a new puppy this year and my dog trainer said, "I hope you are going back to Shenan's (my dog) breeder. My dog is CGC and a certified therapy dog and worked as a therapy dog until she turned 10 yo. She loved her job and healed so many clients that came into our practice.I called last year when I was contemplating whether to move forward or not and Carol spend 15-20 mins on the phone with me. She couldn't have been more patient and gracious to me in addressing all of my concerns and questions.I get people are concerned and angry with all the puppy mills around, me too!!! But we can't take potshots are the breeders that are doing all the right things, like Carol!

I called in to inquire about adopting a Cavapoo and had a list of questions since I wanted to verify credentials and that this wasn't a puppy mill. After asking several questions about the parents lineage/registrations, how many dogs they breed/how many litter cycles they allow, and certifications/genetics (especially with Cavapoos having a high rate of heart issues if not properly bred or genetics taken into account), she interrupts me and says she is not the breeder for me and I am too high maintenance. She went on to explain they have 40 dogs that they actively breed and her dogs were champions over the 50 years she's been doing it and she doesn't need my questions belittling her work. I explained I am trying to do my due diligence as a responsible pet owner and she says she is almost 80 years old and is too exhausted to deal with people who ask too many questions. Her goal was for "people to come over, fall in love with the dogs, and take the dogs home".I cannot speak to her credentials given the response I received, but the fact that she would not share basic information that was given to me by 7 other breeders (I have been casting a wide net and doing my research as the AKC [I called into their hotline even though they do not deal with mutts and they had great suggestions] and anti puppy mill coalitions have recommended) leaves me with heavy concern that I felt I needed to share.I see a lot of happy reviews on here which makes me hopeful for those who work with her, but for anyone else who would like to have full due diligence and understand where their puppies come from and important background information, as she phrased it, this is likely not the breeder for you.

Carol is amazing! We bought a beautiful, smart, healthy, awesome disposition, cockapoo pup from her in December of 2019, shortly after we lost our 4 yr cockapoo purchased from a breeder in PA. Our dog had a serious genetic disease, which quickly and suddenly presented itself, and we were left with no choice but to put her down to stop her suffering. We were devastated, and couldn’t deal with the silence in the house and sadness we were feeling. After extensive research, we found Mulberry Farms. Carol had a few 9 week old puppies available and we chose a brown and white babe who looked like our former pup. Carol and our pup, Bailey, helped heal the pain we were feeling. Bailey has been a wonderful addition to our family, and she is such a good dog, super healthy, A+ rating from our vet. If you are looking for a cockapoo, go to Carol. So many poor breeders out there and puppy mills, but she is a pro and truly cares for her dogs. If you have to wait, worth the wait. You are in the best hands with Carol!

Dogs are cute but owner is rude and discriminates against who she lets adopts her dogs. I understand she wants to make sure her dogs are well taken care of but she doesn't even care to listen; also if you look at her posts on instagram she often has know idea which studs impregnated the female dog.

Incredibly rude owner. I sent her a message on instagram asking about her upcoming dogs (if there are any) and how to work with her going forward, as I am interested in getting a puppy from a good breeder. Her messages were short, apathetic, and condescending. I asked her if there is a way I could work with her on being on a waitlist, if there is one, or connect with her on putting in a deposit, to show intent of my purchase. She would respond "I don't know" with no information. It's confusing how unprofessional and unhelpful she is, when she supposedly has a legitimate business in helping people get a dog. She had no desire to provide information or to service me. She was incredibly rude. This is not how you treat potential customers and was really taken back. I would not recommend this breeder and hope she learns to be more considerate towards people, given that she is a business owner.
