The staff will always help you, unlike at Home Depot. You can buy individual screws, nuts and bolts, which is nice. I highly recommend!

Every time we needed something for the house and didn't feel like going all the way to Home Depot we go to Orlando's hardware store. So far they have had everything from shovels to PVC pipes to deck sealer that we needed. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Prices are competitive.

This store is phenomenal. It has everything you would need! Its in a good location next to a liquor store, and a bar. The customer service i got from an employee named miles was great. He was educated on his tools and knew where everything was. I suggest you shop here!

Didn't have what I was looking for, but did have a condescending "can't be bothered" attitude. Skip this place

You guys got nothing on Miller hardware, we used to pay up for the great customer service and product knowledge, we won't over pay for lazy ppl who sit at the counter and holler at customers across the store to see if they found what they were looking for. That type of service is what big box stores are for.

This place used to be veteran owned, now they don't even offer veteran discounts. Pretty messed up.

Apparently the Orlando Family purchased the Wingdale Hardware store and whomever they hired to run it (short and stout) is a real j**** Got caught by the lights on 22, and got there at 6:04, Sign in window stated closed at 6. I knocked and waived and got the "no shake". He exited the store at 6:05, and mouthed sorry, never asking if I was ok, or if it was an emergency or anything. I had lost my key and was rushing there after work to get a copy. Thinking this man would have been all of an extra 7 minutes late to wherever he had to rush to. Now I am forced to drive to Wappingers - 2 hours because 6:00, means 6:00, lights or not. Some "family" neighborhood store. Not impressed, but then again my family has been in the hardware business over 100 years and we know customer service. Good Luck Buddy

After going to Williams and Home Depot I stopped here where I finally found exactly what I needed. This store was better organized than the other 2 and will be my first stop next time!

This has been our Hardware for a very long time. Family-owned and very knowledgeable on their products. Customer service is outstanding and I can't emphasize that enough. Everything is well stocked and organized while shopping, something I really appreciate. There's a lot to offer for a locally owned store with reasonable prices, and we've left satisfied. The staff and owner(s) will get to know you if you're a regular. Got a project in mind, think about stopping here.
