I initially rented a unit with Guardian Storage and was apprehensive when I learned there would be a change. However, it was a smooth transition to Prime and eased my mind. Steven Thrower has great people skills. Not only did he address all my questions and concerns, but he was very relatable and made a tough experience, pleasurable.
I absolutely recommend the Pleasant Valley Prime Storage for your storage needs. ??

Rental prices are what you would expect for the area. What makes this place special is the customer service. Steven Thrower answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. He is very personable and always has a smile on his face. Courteous service is rare these days. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Very disappointed; doesnt deserve any stars. After 2 months of renting, I've already recieved notice of a price increase. This notice along with the statement of "the best storage experience for the best value." Definitely not true! Now the most expensive facilities in the area and absolutely no comparison to what others offer. Definitely rent anywhere but here! The access gate has been broken for over a month; anyone can drive in and break into the units! And a huge safety issue. Customers have NOT been notified.
Emails of concern and complaint have been ignored by the District Manager.
The only plus at this location is the on-site manager, Steven.

The man that assisted me was very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He helped me find the correct unit for what I need. He also helped me stay within my budget. Offered me very fair pricing. 5 star !!!!!

Highly recommended! We rented a unit at Guardian in Pleasant Valley for many years. The location is easily accessible and there were never any security issues. Staff is always personable and helpful. Our household items stayed dry and the unit door was secure and easy to operate. We are downsizing our "stuff" and no longer needed storage. And please remember to support Guardian's coat drive every October!

If you are looking for a place for storage this is it! I called around and this place has the best service and good rates. I checked in with Mary when I arrived and she made the whole process painless! She explained everything well and it only took about 15 minutes before I had my unit. This is the best storage place I have rented from. Give them a call if you need storage.

Brian was very accommodating! I was running late to meet with him do to moving complications, and he kindly waited until I got there. All I can say is throughout the whole process the professional standards were upheld.
