Particularly by the business Manager and Appraiser, Mario Laudato.My car was brought to the shop last week after becoming badly damaged in a car accident. Luckily a friend suggested I ask the tow company (contracted and called by the PD to move all non-drivable vehicles from the scene to a safe holding location) to bring it to “Steve's 9W Collision.”Following this, I spoke to Mario, who patiently answered all my questions, and eased my concerns. “We were introduced to Matt's Auto Body years ago after a fender bender. Their honesty and workmanship was outstanding. This week we had to return for a minor issue... a leak somewhere in the back hatch of my HONDA HRV causing water to pool in the spare tire wheel well. From Randi who answered the initial phone call to Mike who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve the mysterious leak service was excellent! I am 100% sure if I took this to the dealership I would have been taken for a financial ride for something according to Mike a simple fix! “I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. “My windshield was just hit by a rock on Friday. I called USAA and they set up an appointment with Safelite for the following Monday. Safelite came at 8:30 am and repaired my impact point while the gar was in my garage. The repair was great, you can barely see any disturbance of the glass, and only then if you look closely at an angle. They did a great job!”

Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them.
