My experience with Ginny at y Knot storage was top shelf. Great customer service. Will definitely rent a storage unit again from them.

They send an automatic text to remind you of the upcoming automatic charge to your account, which is a nice reminder. They should do the same to remind people that even if you are 1 minute into the new month, and you check out of the rental, they will keep the ENTIRE months rent! They should add an auto text reminder for this too to avoid disgruntled customers and lose repeat business.
