We went here for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party!! The place was very well decorated and was perfect for this party. The food which was catered by them was amazing and very good. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever was needed. They had a DJ who played great music. The place was the perfect size and is very well kept. This place for any type of gathering, whether it be a birthday party or a reception of some sort or just a business gathering. They have different menus for all different types of get togethers. Weddings, business parties, birthdays. Would highly recommend West Side Ballroom to anyone!!

My daughter had her sweet 16 party here, staff were all great, food was good. Would definitely recommend if your looking to have any kind of event.

Been a few times. Nothing stands out at all where you WOW, that place is incredible. Many small things that would make a huge difference. 1st the way the hors d'oeuvre's were served was a poor setup. Rather then setting up so two sides can approach to help minimize length of line on to dance floor. 2nd Meatballs that were served were cold and hard and they kept running(not paying attention) out leaving some guests without or having to have the same guest stand in line twice. coffee and water was always lacking. Coffee was luke warm right after they just refilled it. maybe if they used a larger thermal dispenser, not only would the coffee stay warm but less trips by servers to maintain and then maybe have more time to pay attention to food being served and maintained. 3rd Rounded up all napkins and no napkins or forks for cake or dessert table, 4th each bar had a different price for same drinks, not exactly sure why? I think organization places a big role. I feel bad for the client, casue they are so consumed by everything they have going with event that it gets overwhelming. That's why its said that an establishment that's in this kinda of business fails to up hold their end of the deal on making this a great day to remember for all their clients guest. All petty but nonetheless a conversation piece at all the tables.

Attended a party here recently with my family. Not impressed overall. I did not see any staff at all during my time at the party (about 2 hours). The space is nice but the decor seems to be a bit dated. I'm not sure about the dance floor that was used but it felt more like snap lock floor pieces that flexed under my feet. I guess I was expecting more after all the hype I've heard about this business over the years.

We had a wonderful experience with our wedding. Kayla was very helpful with coordinating all of our wishes. The venue was clean and organized. It is all on one level with easy to access facilities. The staff was quick to get all of the food out to guests and very friendly. The menu selection for the wedding offered a variety of options for all dietary needs. It tasted delicious and was served hot. Overall, a fantastic experience.

If you are looking for a venue this place is fantastic . Just had my daughters wedding there and couldn’t have been happier! Kayla the manager goes above and beyond to meet all your needs . She is the primary reason I booked there. She is on top of everything before u even ask!! The place is spotless, food outstanding , beautiful outdoors or in , would recommend to anyone holding any event!!!
