Staff are always helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable about the medications I am taking and helps me understand what possible interactions they could have.

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 12:30. I got there at 1 PM and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and they closed for lunch, I was standing there and the window barriers close down. I still don’t have my prescription. My point being if it’s not going to be ready in 15 minutes please don’t tell me it will be. Then I waited another 10 minutes in a line up front to check out with some items that I had picked up.I understand that everyone is shortstaffed and busy but please don’t make people wait around By lying and saying it will be ready in 15 minutes. A very frustrated customer.

Pharmacy guy Nate.. needs to learn to listen and not be rude and combative. ridiculous behavior. I'm shocked at how difficult he was being to answer a simple question. I work in a pharmacy and NEVER would speak to a customer the way he did. Get another job if you can't handle simple questions bud.

In a Red Cross Disaster Nurse (RN) trying to speak to a pharmacist regarding a mutual client. I waited on hold 30+ minutes; impossible to get through at any time of day. I tried calling Walgreens customer service. Again, the same situation. I took to time to write them a letter describing this situation but I'm not hopeful.

Normally I love Walgreens but, lately the service sucks. Been put on hold 2x in the almost 2hours I’ve been on hold. This is ridiculous

I got there 614 on Sun night it was all shut down the manager was locking the door to go home he sees me in there 1 a month for couple yrs I travel 85. Miles to get there I told him I was week behind issues w Dr not pharmacy but the manager Jason opened it back up w up front got a cash drawer I even told him I'd let them have 2 extra bucks trying to make it quicker 4 him but he went and got it got me my meds I can't express how appreciative I am 4 that thanks Jason
