Delivery supervisor SUE, IS NOTHING BUT!! The rudest person I have ever had to deal with at our local Post Office. When I told her how rude she was she said, "thank you." Kidding me right!! She's not even suitable to work with Barn Animals. I feel sorry for the men and women who have to answer to her. So SAD!! I guess ANYTHING can be a supervisor.

I had 3 items sent to me from Alex press and the post office stated that the package was undeliverable and that the package had to be disposed of because of the perishable status of it but the items in the package were a multimeter, welding rods and 5 wood bits for my Dremel.What I would like to know is why the package could not be delivered when I was home all day yesterday

Horrible service, too many excuses, argumentive with customers and no regard for customers concerns or effectively or efficiently do they deliver packages on date or time that are paid for such as express service. One woman especially rude, nasty, over steps her boundaries and authority when comes to customers and servicing their needs. Postmaster is very customer driven, solves issues and listens to his customers grievance without personalizing their frustrations or annoyance regarding their issue. Monday I am calling corporate for a refund of my money my package wasn't delivered on the next day as paid for. Next day express service is Next day, to add the package didn't require a signature. Since Nov 9th 2022 after payment was received Plattsburgh postal service didn't care or honor the express next day delivery and wasn't going to be delivered until this coming Monday November 14th 2022. Unacceptable and inexcusable. On top of this certain workers especially that one miserable woman at the Plattsburgh office tried to make me to feel as if I made the mistake, that I should not be annoyed about their lack of nothing but excuses, or if I didn't keep my end of the agreement. We paid to have express mail, we paid to have next day service which isn't cheap and nothing at all was express about it. Took our money and that was it, you have to deal with what comes as if I work for them. If you can't work with customers then get a job behind the scenes and if you can't prioritize or organize efficiently to honor your obligations then find something you can do. The post office is a hit or miss and I wouldn't be surprised that many of them are racist and hinder the process of their duties because they can personally and feel as if they won't get in troubl, that no consequences will be done regarding their actions or none of. I'm grateful for dealing with the Post Master for he is a true employee and leader. However that one staff member needs to be on the unemployment line especially how she spoke to me and hung the phone up on me as if I'm her friend and this isn't her job. Come Monday she can explain this to her superior's, those who the post office has to answer to overall. Be alert and accept 0 tolerance for bad behavior especially when your money is involved.

Mailman refuses to pickup mail. I was told by the supervisor to tell my bills that the mailman doesn't feel like picking up mail. I was also told to walk to the post office or Mail box. I have cp and bad legs

Dont use small post offices they are so poor they cant cash 140.00 postal money order !! That's pathetic. And dont buy their lies an spend money for a box that they guarantee delivery by a certain day which you pay for an the person gets the parasol until 15 days later!!! Post master needs to pull their heads outta their.....
