I just had my first visit to Ovations Salon Spa and all I can say is WOW! I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and the salon was so clean! Katy knew exactly what to do for my hair and offered me some amazing hair care tips! She took the time to answer all of my questions and I will definitely be going back! Can’t wait to refer my friends to her! Highly recommend this salon and Katy in particular for a customize, quality hair salon experience!

I want to start by saying Kaylee was Phenomenal! I would recommend her to anyone. I called around to get an appointment for a kids cut and she had some same day availability. My son is only 20 months and he sat great Kaylee was awesome with him and the results were perfect. I brought my daughter back the next day and overall she was way to nervous and stressed to get her haircut Kaylee was great and tried to work with us as much as possible and I appreciate everything she did. The problem is this is very much not a kid friendly place and I felt very judged by the other stylist. I get it I have a 20 month old and my daughter is only 3.5 she essentially was throwing a tantrum but the other customers seemed very kind and understanding however I heard several unkind remarks from two of the other stylist in regards to myself and my children so unfortunately we won’t be returning. Again Kaylee was amazing and if you have the chance definitely book with her!

This my first time in the salon and I saw katy. I came in after having multiple try’s at different salons. I sat down with katy and she gave me a full consultation and explained what we were going to be doing to achieve the look we were going to be doing and she nailed it. I will be returning and I found my new hair dresser!! Thank you!

I found Katy after a desperate phone call, she fit me right in! Now she's stuck with me for the long haul, I'm so happy! Katy did a full balayage and with me being new to the area I was extremely skeptical of a new salon but she took amazing care of me! The color is natural and beautiful and the cut suits me so well. I definitely will be returning to see her. I would like to add as a fellow service industry member myself. I do think it’s important to install a credit card tip system as soon as possible as that is their livelihood. I was able to Venmo her, but I feel that’s really important to have for service workers. ♥️

Kaylee started doing my hair on a whim when I called desperately looking for walk in color appointment months ago. Not only does she nail the color everytime but she openly tells me what will work with my hair and what won't. And added bonus, she doesn't make me take inches and inches off my hair everytime I'm there. As much as I want to gatekeep, I highly recommend!Service: Hair coloring

I had high hopes for this salon. However I will never be going back. I went in looking for cheekbone length curtain bangs and a blonde peekaboo dye. My stylist was Kate. I walked out of the salon with bangs above my eyebrows that did not blend with the rest of my hair. I showed her several refrence photos and specifically asked for cheek bone length bangs and somehow I ended up with whatever she gave me. The bangs were blunt and honestly looked like she had never done bangs before. She had to ask another stylist to fix them. But you cant add more hair so my problem wasnt fixed. She also took the liberty to add layers when I didnt ask for them, leaving me with choppy hair. I was happy with my blonde, however the next morning when I showered, a section of my scalp where she bleached was stinging. I found clumps of left over bleach in my hair just adding to the nightmare. This experience was just unbelievable and was the worst hair cut I have ever had. Please Please Please stylists, admit if you dont know how to cut bangs or hair in general so your client doesnt end up with a botched cut.Services: Haircut

Very minimal pedi and mani colors available. No gel available on pedi and can't get gel off of you already have on. Very nice people, but they are not built for manicures and pedicures.... other spa procedures are good.
