“Friendly staff. Make sure to read signs. I spent about five minutes because of my lack of awareness and didn’t realize men’s boots were downstairs. Cashier seemed new, but want to say she was very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work! The Carolina’s are great!Have to update, the Carolina’s were great for two 8 hour shifts. The metal clasp broke the third time tying the boots.Management was super helpful, called and spoke to him on the phone and then seen him a few days later. Quick and painless process and he even made a few recommendations. Will get my boots here for sure.”
