Towed the car after an accident while we were on vacation. Owner was very patient and understanding of our situation, making sure everything was taken care of and that we had access to our vehicle when we needed to; even helping getting everything out of the car. Because of his help we were able to leave on time and not have to incur additional costs from staying longer than we originally planned.Service: Car towing

Was out in Plattsburgh today in my tow truck, & my winch unspooled it self. I had nun of my tools with me to fix it. I called Safe Tow & the driver was awesome! Thanks again really appreciate the help

Had to pick up my girlf Sunday night and she left her car at a store. When I came back they said they had it towed 2 hours earlier. I called safe tow to ask about the car. They said they would have to call me back. I called again about an hour later and still they had to call me back. They finally called and told me that the tow was $375 and $89 for storage. I told them that was outrageous and they were ripping people off- he hung up on me. Tomorrow I am going to the attorney general with this. Absolutely ridiculous! Is there anything less then a 1? These scum bags need to be put out of business!

Towed my car, parked illegally i understand my mistake, only thing i don't get is they took around 16 times to answer, when i got to the office ofcorse nobody was there. Took me 3 days to get my car out after calling everyday , charged every second of being there even though they simply can't answer the phone. Finally got my car out after 3 days and charged me 370, Only accepting cash "machines down" seems like it's always down. when i asked for a receipt i couldn't get one. I don't understand how they are in business anymore. Safe-tow scammers is a better name for this company.

Nothing that these people did was professional. Don't ask this guy for your change. He wrote a bill for $193 and tried to only give me a $5 bill and got mad when I asked for my $2 and threw it in the floor. Then he went on to tell me to preform some sexual favors while his other employees threatened to knock me out.

Very unprofessional. My check engine light came on after they towed my vehicle and I had questions about it as I'm not well versed in towing or mechanics. Their response was it had nothing to do with the towing and that I was a "Karen" and was "looking for drama". I would not recommend this business to anyone for any reason.
